It’s baaaaaaccccckkkkk! What am I talking about? Woke Subliminal advertising keeps trying to socially engineer the land of the free and the home of the unsuspecting (brave). What is subliminal advertising?
According to Google’s AI, subliminal advertising is a technique where marketers use visual or auditory stimuli that are below the conscious threshold of perception to influence consumer behavior. It’s designed to subtly affect attitudes and desires without the consumer being aware they’re being manipulated.
In addition to being heavier than I should be at 71, I am too cheap to pay Amazon Prime to eliminate commercials. Their commercials are annoying, and I suspect they are trying to make me feel guilty for marrying a woman of my own race.
I love my wife, and I am glad I married her. As I watch their commercials, however, nearly all families in America are mixed race. When I look at my wife and then look at the wives on TV, a dissonance develops in my brain. Questions develop in my gray matter that ask: Why doesn’t my wife look like the wives on the commercials, or why doesn’t my family look like the commercial families?
Like most law-abiding citizens, I get bothered when someone suggests I did something wrong. Like most contrarians, I grow weary of the strict demands of peer pressure.
The wokesters out there are not going away. To be sure, they took a hit with the second election of Donald Trump in 2024, but they are fighting for their vision of what this country should be as much as we are fighting to Make America Great Again. They still have major pieces on this chessboard from sea to shining sea.
Fortunately for us, they still cling to their wildly unpopular woke ideas...

My family does not look any commercial family and that is ok because commercial family is fake and mine is real.
So I suggest you get out of your easy chair and do something real rather then investing so much time in things that are fiction.
You will feel better mentally and physically.

It only gets better and better as you go fwd. We are at 56, have 4 children, 10 grands and 4 great grands and we don’t travel much but we have hobbies at home we seldom eat out because it’s expensive, and we love our yard and our neighbors. Our neighbors include grandchildren and 2 great grands!
There is a hierarchy of intelligence on ads (and the media in general). From dumbest to smartest:
White male dads.
White males in general.
Dads in general.
Males in general.
Conservative women.
Unattractive women.
Women in general.
Blacks in general.
Black men.
Black women.
Children in general.
Little boys.
Little girls.
Black children in general.
Little black girls.
So clearly little black girls are the smartest of all people and should be running the country.
I looked up that charity since they never say what they do with the money. It's for funding education for Jewish youth.
I don't think "the kids in the band" are particularly representative of the charity.

I haven't seen that one. But I did see one a couple of years ago with Gordon Ramsay, the Scottish verbally abusive master chef, posing as a food-sample guy in a big box store. The black boyfriend went to pick up a food sample with his fingers, and Ramsay shouted, "Use the cocktail stick!" (apparently what we call a toothpick). Then the white girlfriend yelled the same thing in the same derisive tone at the black boyfriend, who looked shame-faced.

There is one critical difference. Their blacks speak English clearly and distinctly.

I think the writer misunderstood the actual meaning of "subliminal." Originally, it was developed by using images or words on the screen that would only be flashed for part of a second, literally nearly invisible. And there was no scroll-back mechanism before the digital age. So it was a form of brainwashing.
The other technique in use from the beginning was "product placement." The ad or movie scene is about, say, motor oil, but the neighbor guys leaning over the car engine are both drinking Coke, paid for by the Coca-Cola company to the advertising agency for the motor oil.
It is part of stripping the black folks of malice or racism. Which is why we have people who demand respect in whatever they do. Who trash a Burger King because they only got 2 mayo packets.
Imagine if the media extolled the likes of Thomas Sowell, Shelby Steele, John McWhorter and Clarence Thomas.

An earlier post complained about the racial mixing on Grey's Anatomy, but in that case, the show's multi-award-winning creator is a black woman, Shonda Rhimes. The fact that no one automatically thinks Grey's Anatomy is a "black show" is a credit to the production.
