Lol I won the city-wide typing contest back in the day - Grade 11 I think.

I still do it the same way. End the sentence with a period then hit the space bar twice lol. Is there a different way to make two spaces after every sentence on a computer! Goodness - fill me in lol!

NNN is late today because I did have, finally, sufficient sleep last night. I went to sleep aroun 9:30, but woke up 4 hours later. Since I hadn't taken the max dose, I took another 1mg of lorazepam and was asleep an hour later. I slept until 9:30 AM. I feel so much better now.

Okay my ladies...
I need some help here.

My fingernails. are weak, brittle, and some times break off in layers.
I suffer from ill health, but eat good nutritious food and fruit/and or veggies.
I exercise as much as possible, too!

This all started BEFORE I did Keto and intermittent fasting, btw.
I tried a supplement that sent my thyroid wonky bad enough that the Drs office called me and were quite worried!
I will NOT name the supplement for fear of law suits, so-
just be careful of what you are taking!

Got any vitamins ideas that might help?

Vitamin B seems to have helped my nails and hair. I use one that has the 8 essential B vitamins in one tablet. Made by Nutrilite. It can be found on Amazon, I believe. [hubby orders mine LOL! ]

I started using pure bovine collegen I and III. It advertises good for nails, hair, and bones. I don’t find it doing anything for my hair or nails but feel it may be helping my knees.
