Why would they be worried? Is this usually a tactic used by FBI agents whenever arrests are made? Certainly FBI agents did not "weaponize" their agency for political or personal gain.

If you are commenting about the Russia gate hoax time frame, those judge's names are in the public record. I don't know if anything has changed since then, but here is a quick synopsis on how it worked at the time. There is a central FISA office with staff that does all the "work". The judges fly in from around the country to do sight seeing, shopping, hobnobbing and rubber stamp the FISA requests.
