From the size of some of them, I would suggest Cadets. The Cadet programme runs from ages 12-19. Judging from the video, it might be be at a Remembrance Day ceremony, as all three branches, and several different uniforms in each branch are shown marching.

While I was in boot camp in 1971 on squirrel island, we were marching on our way somewhere and the Drum and Bugle Corp marched past us. Our Company Commander marched us in behind So my company marched with them playing helping us keep cadence. They were playing Inagodadivida. It still fascinates my old dumb ass how good a marching song that was. Then they went to something else. I don’t remember what it was. I hated to march but it wasn’t bad that day. 🙂

I haven't sat here with my beard touching my keyboard in a long time. Â I saw one sailor try to get in step but at that point he was just part of the farce.
This has to be some kind of veterans' organization, but even then nobody should ever forget how to stay in step with the guy ahead of him.
