A luxury RV company is trying to evict a group of squatters who took over a storage lot of campers in the city of Industry.
"We've noticed that several of the trailers have been burning," worker Marilyn Martinez said. "There's homeless here sometimes late at night. They're coming in and out."
Martinez, who works near the lot, said a city of squatters started taking over the overflow storage area months ago. Since then, they've piled up massive mounds of trash and debris. The company, Black Series RV, said trespassers are now living in at least 50 campers, which are worth anywhere between $40,000 and $100,000.
They tried using security teams to retrieve them but said the few they recovered were trashed. In other instances, they gave up after fearing for their safety.
Martinez said she and her coworkers walk in pairs to their cars when they're near the lot.

Black Series said they are trying to legally remove everyone on the lot through the court system. They are also working with other companies that will buy the RVs to refurbish and salvage them for resale.
The property owners, who are not affiliated with Black Series, claimed that the RV company had placed about 100 campers on the land without their consent or knowledge since at least 2023. In January 2025, a Los Angeles County court ordered Black Series to pay landowners $95,610, according to Legacy Point.

As I often say — the police are not really there to stop the criminals. Look at this situation: are the police removing the squatters? No they are not. The police exist to protect the Bad Guys from the righteous anger of the Good Guys. Imagine a group of good guys with baseball bats stepping in to remove these squatters. Would the police spring into action? You bet they would. The police are on the side of the Bad Guys. Pretty much always.
yes, this is one of the reasons why I left California so many years ago. So many illegals so many hobos in the streets. It went from being a paradise when I was a kid into looking more like the video game resident evil or the movie mad Max. I wanted to go to the beach one last time the day before I left to move across the country, and I went to seal Beach, which was always beautiful when I was a kid, and as I was walking, I actually stepped on a needle, it was one of those needles that you test for diabetes with because overweight Hispanic people have diabetes in droves. so that was my last goodbye for California, stepping on a used Mexican diabetes needle. So a gang of squatters can now legally just move into a business and are legally protected and never have to leave? A Restaurant? A Grocery Store? A Strip Mall?

I’ve seen idiots post on social media about “creating villages of tiny houses for the homeless” or “renovate abandoned malls for habitats for the homeless.”
When confronted with stories like this, they tend to shut their eyes, plug their ears and scream.

When the courts won’t order them removed, get it done through disappearing. They just vanish.
