They’ve remade Gene Wilder films! Willie Wonka as Johnny Depp. Leon Bloom and the entire cast of The Producer as WTF! Leave Gene Wilder alone! He was great. He was awesome. So is Mel Brooks. They should not get their body of work remade by a bunch of Hollywood f@#$-wits.

I have never seen this much hate for a movie in my life.

Most of it because of the star but also because it is so badly done and badly written.

They are putting together songs from the comments people are leaving on the trailer.

They have Deadpool throwing her into the void to save the kingdom.

They have the prince giving the witch "true loves kiss" to restore her into the evil queen.

There is a great deal of creativity in the disgust.

Leon Bloom and the entire cast of The Producer as WTF!

I didn't see the remake of "The Producers", but Mel Brooks co-wrote the screenplay and also co-produced, so I wouldn't put it in the same category. It was remade as a musical, so it is more like what "High Society" was to "The Philadelphia Story", which certainly could not be improved upon (Cary Grant, Katherine Hepburn, Jimmy Stewart), but is a fun movie in its own right (Grace Kelly was NOT a convincing frost queen, however).

I saw a few scenes from the new Producer and it was barf-alicious, and I couldn’t bear to watch more. If Mel Brooks took part in that, his best years are behind him, and he ought not have touched his own legacy and that of Gene Wilder, Zero Mostel, et al.

You don't realize how much some things annoy you until you watch something before it arrived and suddenly it is as plain as the exact same nose on everyone's face.

The bulgy cheeks are starting to have the same effect.
