I was going to say that maybe the driver mistook the “thump” of a snowball against his car for a gunshot, and he panicked. But the article said the driver looped around the block.

So cancel that theory.

You would think that parents would teach their offspring the "rule of ten".

Out of every ten people you annoy one of them is going to overreact.

If you are lucky they will just tell you off.

used to be a favorite pass time in the winter... find somewhere close to the street to hide... throw snowballs almost straight up and when they come down they always hit hollow spots for the best sound effects!! unless you get the wind shield. in doing so they dont know where it came from!!
