Terrible. They shouldn’t be shot for throwing snowballs at cars; they should have their rear ends walloped though.
The article doesn’t specifically say that they were throwing at the cars. They may have just been having a snowball fight, and one hit the car.
The bigger problem is with adults who can’t contain their rage and act out to this extent.
