A New York financial consultant and son of a Florida judge allegedly barged into the office of an Upper East Side optometrist and knocked him out cold, then fled to New Jersey where he sucker-punched two other health-care workers — breaking one’s jaw and nose.
Dr. Ron Goldstein, 63, not only suffered a bloody head injury requiring eight stitches, but is dismayed that detectives classified the attack as only a misdemeanor — a decision critics call an attempt to keep NYC’s crime numbers down. The NYPD never arrested the disturbed suspect, who was identified thanks to swift actions by Goldstein’s staff and daughter.
...
The shocking assault against Goldstein occurred on Oct. 17, when a man swept past the receptionist at his office on E. 77th Street, burst into a room where the eye doctor was examining a female senior citizen, and punched him to the floor, knocking him unconscious for several minutes.
He suffered a huge bump on his head, and a gash where his eyeglasses smashed onto his face.

The scum liberals are going rogue. Lots of screaming and throwing tantrums. Pushback on these bastards is going to start with SHOOTING BACK.
It was in NYC.
Probably everyone involved except perhaps for a cop was a left wing extremist "liberal".
They voted for it.
There has to be a lot more to this story.
Does Moneyham think Goldstein molested him??
Notice that the targets were people in the health field. Now that the precedent has been set, it’s apparently ‘open season’ for anyone who is disgruntled about healthcare services they either received or did not receive. Perhaps this clown thinks he will get the sympathetic, “hero” treatment that the UHC CEO’s killer received without facing the same punishment since he didn’t take it to the ‘extreme’.
Should’ve kept an eye on him!
Looked at the photo. A case of gay rage…
The almighty judge will probably issue a pardon for him for this and any future crimes he might commit.
You’re a complete buffoon :)
NYC actually voted in much larger numbers for Trump than it usually does.
YOU’RE AN EVEN BIGGER BUFFOON WHEN IT COMES TO STATEN ISLAND.
Where Italian Americans voted 65 percent for the R candidates.
But dont worry. There’s worse things than being a buffoon :)
As an aside - Americans live in a world of lies - fake news, manufactured scandals, and fake government statistics.
Pick almost any government agency - and people no longer believe the basic numbers they are being told - from inflation, to unemployment, to economic growth, to crime
One simple, ndebatable effort Trump should promote is the re-organization of American statistics-keeping and government reporting. No one can argue with this.
Can't Biden just pardon him? /s
You can't make war in the Middle East without Egypt and you can't make peace without Syria.- Henry Kissinger
Hell, the guy who stalked and killed the CEO on the streets of NYC has only been charged with 2nd degree murder.
FRiend, I grew up in NYC and have always lived in the NY State.
Why all the hate?
No, not everyone is a radical leftist (well maybe on Manhattan) but there is no denying NY is a ONE-PARTY state. Like CA, the spending, debate, news, politics are molded (rigged?) to support the Democrats. The GOP used to win Senate and even Governor races in NY. They used to control the State Senate, to the Democrats control of the Assembly. It kept NY, and particularly NYC, from going insane.
That ended two decades ago. Democrats have learned that allowing 40% GOP representation is just fine, as that ensures total control, and the state GOP seems to have learned to live picking up scraps.
Sadly, but YES - NY DID vote for it.
AND EXACTLY WHO had this DOCTOR VOTED FOR all of his life???
Superficially and anecdotally, his father’s picture suggests it’s in their blood:
