I’ve asked SRFs several times, about their Kurobuta hams,bto no avail.
I had a friend raise a Mangalista for me. I cured and smoked the hams. We’re talking one with us to Thanksgiving.
When my youngest daughter was a 5, and loved DR. Seuss, I separated two eggs added green food coloring to the whites and made her Green eggs and Ham.

I order their silver grade beef tenderloin for Christmas.

I think that’s what all of those ‘best of 2024’ appliance, cosmetic, and other reviews on YouTube do; and even ‘higher end’ outfits probably get some kickback for their reviews.

Any good country ham, smoked and salt cured. Will raise your blood pressure but damn it’s good. Also slice it and fry up with some eggs.

I don’t want a spiral cut ham. I’ll carve it myself, thanks. Spiral cuts ruin a good ham IMHO. What’s wrong with a thick cut of wonderful ham? I’m not a baby that needs Mommy to cut up my meat.
