PING!....................
So Kale is out?
True Christians would not be upset. They know the devil is sneaky like that.
“Veggies”???
Is the author incapable of writing/speaking like an adult?

Now if the migrant pickers of watercress could poop in a toilet instead of near the bog grown watercress, I would enjoy it. Especially since it’s a raw eat, mostly unwashable crop. It’s ridiculously difficult to cultivate in a home garden environment.
Watercress? Yummmm. I’ll garnish my porterhouse with it.

Watercress is one of the seeds you can grow in the kitchen as sprouts/microgreens.
and if it contains bugs... bonus.
my food eats this so i am covered.
Now Swiss Chard could grow abundantly just about anywhere. Tolerates tightly packed close quarters too.
If this is coming from the CDC, I will regard watercress as highly toxic and avoid it at all costs.
I’m going to celebrate with a huge watercress salad...NOT!
I can’t remember the last time I ate watercress. It might be never.
If the CDC says it’s good then it probably causes cancer and autism.
When it comes to trusting anything the CDC says.... meh
The CDC used that in 2014: "Defining Powerhouse Fruits and Vegetables: A Nutrient Density Approach" by Jennifer Di Noia, PhD.

Sorry, but if the despicable, lying CDC recommends watercress then I’m not eating it. Watercress probably is loaded with phytoestrogens and anti-erection compounds. Eat enough watercress and you will wake up in a bathhouse under a pile of faggots that tag-teamed you all night.
Mods, delete if you will but I will repost it.
It's a sad commentary of what the CDC has done to its own agency, after the Covid & vaccines lies they perpetuated upon the public.
