Trump Makes the Case That Kamala Harris Is Responsible for Rising Food Prices

During the Thursday afternoon press conference at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J., Trump highlighted Harris’s role in higher inflation over the almost four years that she’s been in the White House. He delivered the remarks while standing in front of two tables of groceries, including cereal, deli meat, milk, eggs, bread, and other perishables.

“You don’t have to imagine what a Kamala Harris presidency would be because you are living through that nightmare right now,” Trump said.

Harris is expected to unveil a proposed ban on “price gouging” for food and groceries, with a particular emphasis on rising meat prices, during an economic-policy speech in North Carolina on Friday.

“Harris has just declared that tackling inflation will be a Day One priority for her. It’s going to be Day One. But Day One, really, for Kamala was three and a half years ago. Where has she been? Why hasn’t she done it?” Trump asked.

I would love to see a $150.00 table of food when POTUS Trump was in office next to a $150 table of food now.

Better yet, find out what the average food stamp allotment is now and make those comparisons using two tables side by side.

Problem is the prices are not coming down soon. There is a long tail that affects current prices. In 5 months chicken will be much higher since there are 18% fewer incubated eggs on hand now.
Ag is looking at a 23% drop in income. Higher input, lower commodity prices. When the farmer/rancher gets squeezed it trickles down.

Crime, inflation, rampant illegal immigration.
Crime, inflation, rampant illegal immigration.
Crime, inflation, rampant illegal immigration.
Crime, inflation, rampant illegal immigration.

Over and over and over again. Shut up about crowd sizes, cats being eaten, whether she's Indian or black.

Time is running short. Thomas Sowell had an article recently that the Republicans have not yet effectively made the economic case against her. Considering what a target-rich idiot she is that fact is depressing. Stop with the silly bomb chucking and nail her on the things that we are living every day.

If the large food companies were conspiring to raise food prices they could already be sued under anti trust laws.

She’s living off the government teat. She doesn’t care how much the “little people” have to pay for food.

If Kali is serious about “tackling inflation” then she is just playing touch football.

The debate was Trump’s Kobiashi Mauru, and I think he changed the conditions of the test.

a proposed ban on “price gouging” for food and groceries,

A proposed plan to artificially induce scarcity in food and groceries. It will save your bank account by making you unable to buy food.

She alone cast the vote that passed the inflationary New Green Deal they erroneously called the Inflation Reduction Act.

Oh, I agree, But so many of the American people are so stupid they do not even know what a person means when they hear inflation or economy.

The democrats have had a hold on those who struggle simply by making them believe the GOp is the bad guy.

Also, if one makes their case too soon, the ignorant forget. A simple ad daily of what $200 worth of groceries looked like in 2019 as opposed to what it looks like today will open ignorant eyes.
