I’m surprised this article missed the two most impactful reasons why they are more likely to get AIDS....climate change and Russia.
Otherwise, the whole design is to promote procreation and the continuation of the species via making it feel better than anyting else on the planet, including self preservation.
1. Promiscuity among “gay” men” particularly when not caring about someone’s HIV status 2. The tissues of the anus and rectum were not designed and built for sexual penetration. That makes them more vulnerable to tiny tears that allow blood to be exchanged by the parties.
Those two reasons are the key reasons.

Funny! Indeed the article said very little that even I didn’t already know. I was shocked at this:
