Trump knows that Barron has a strange hold on the affections of many of his most hardened supporters. And if there's anything more outlandish than the personality cult that surrounds him, it's the one that is rapidly developing around his youngest child. ... These cherry-picked details helped spawn a bizarre theory – eagerly taken up by pro-Trump tin-foil hatters - that Donald and Barron are time-travellers and that Barron will one day become an all-conquering 'American Caesar'.

Misspelled it...the series is THE CEDAR TREE and it takes place in the UK during the 1930s, is about one land owning family, and if fascinating.
I always watch and do NOT remember him saying that. Oh well....
Oh dear...we don't subscribe to any of those kinds of pay for channels, but thanks for the head's up re TENKO. It is and AMAZING series!
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing in the screenwriting class. I’d seen so many different movies that they couldn’t be a box. So I took a stopwatch to see The Fugitive and was shocked that the shape of the movie was EXACTLY the described box.
Hour TV dramas are a different shape. My spec script for a Forever Knight episode is online, though I admit I find script READING very difficult, while script WRITING is enormous fun.

Thanks...I see that it was a podcast. I don’t listen to any, so didn’t know.
That was our stopping place, too. I was addicted to Dr Who from the start of the redone series. We had a lot of the older ones because a friend’s husband had died and he’d collected all the old ones on Beta. So we bought ALL her tapes at a dollar per. Husband never transferred them. Just watched.
Husband also broke our TV connection completely. We only watch online, if not on DVD. We subscribe to Viki.com and IQ.com which are asian drama channels. Asian dramas, besides being FAR better than American TV, are also MASSIVELY cheaper. Usually about 10/mo.
Where and Who the }{€££ came up with this idea ?
Thanks.
I bet that it was easier, in the early days of T.V. when there was a commercial at the beginning of a show, one in the middle ( for a 1/2 hour show ) and one at the end. And when a play was presented ( all three major networks showed plays once a week ) they didn’t break for commercials, usually.
The restart of the DOCTOR WHO series, wen compared to the early ones ( the last Doctor of the original wasn’t much good at all ) leaves a very great deal to be desired! They took the
“fun” out of it.
The Deep State has been around for a long time....
The expert on the Tesla files (and the Trump connection) is a guy called Daniel Liszt—aka Dark Journalist.
He is into all kinds of stuff—much of which would freak out people here—so read, listen and watch at your own risk.
He is convinced that secret societies (good and bad ones) rule the world behind the scenes—he names names and connects a lot of dots.
The OG (old guy) on this topic is Joseph P. Farrell.
Basic intro into his world:

The rabbit hole is deep—and he has written more than a dozen books on the subject.
I agree about the start of Dr Who. I really became engaged with the second doctor.

My TV viewing started with Howdy Doody and, appropriately enough, the 1952 Presidential conventions. We watched both avidly. That’s when I became a Republican in a Democratic household. I Like Ike.
Thank you for your kindness, FRiend !
Thank you for your wit. That’s the sort of thing that keeps me coming back to FR year after year.
Like Looney Tunes, the show was for ALL age groups and done in such a way that everyone watching could enjoy it on their own level.
The remake did NONE of that, it also started off being slightly WOKE and grew worse as it went on. And the whole thing about allowing the DOCTOR to keep regenerating beyond the stated number of times, even bringing back a VERY shoddy sort of reincarnation of THE MASTER was stupid, incorrect ( THE MASTER ACTUALLY DIED [ original series] after attempting to regenerate for a 13th time! ), and made NO sense at all.
I disliked Howdy Doody; so watched THE MAGIC COTTTAGE instead, at the same time, but loved LUCKY PUP, SKY KING, THE LONE RANGER, and so many more shows.
I too watched that Convention and have watched them all ever since, as a Conservative.
