Juan Merchan, Michael Anderson, Trump, & The July 11 Sentencing
Self | June 21, 2024 | PJ-Comix

Posted on 06/21/2024 5:30:26 AM PDT by PJ-Comix

Okay, still NOTHING from the media about the jury tampering that could HALT the July 11 sentencing by corrupt Judge Juan Merchan. The jury tampering story has still NOT been debunked. The way to tell is that the media isn't touching this story. If the story had been debunked, I guarantee that it would be all over the news.

On Twitter the LAST post on this topic was by a Donald Russo who I notice is followed by Laura Loomer, Roger Stone, and Scott Pressler. Here is what Russo posted two days ago.

You're hearing very little about Trump's "July 11th sentencing". You're hearing even less about Merchan's June 7th letter. Who is Michael Anderson? No curious reporters knocking on his door? No probative questions being thrown at Zuckerberg? It's going on 3 weeks now. Crickets…— Donald Russo (@donaldrusso994) June 19, 2024

I strongly urge everybody to check Russo's Substack on this topic that you can find HERE.

Please read the whole Substack but here are some fascinating quotes:

It appears some people are not seeing the full gravity of the situation presented by Merchan's letter of June 7th. With that letter sitting out there, Merchan's hands are completely tied. It is difficult to comprehend the mentality of those who are claiming that Merchan will now just move forward with the Trump case as if nothing had occurred. He cannot do that. Merchan himself opened the door. Now he has to close it. But he cannot close it until a factual determination has been placed on the record.

Merchan's letter of June 7, 2024 can be viewed by some as effectively a complete, unconditional surrender. Over the last four days, people screaming that Merchan's letter of June 7th was no big deal because the Facebook post was a hoax are, ironically, not demanding that the hoaxer be identified and arrested. Why do you think this is? Because we all know this: once you slap those cuffs on someone and toss him into the back of a police squad car, he starts talking and says that he wants a lawyer. That could lead to interesting results.

Until a final judgment is issued by Judge Merchan, no one can continue with the moronic mantra that "Trump is a convicted felon!" In my view, the Trump case is now effectively dead in the water and washed up on the beach. Without any official resolution of Merchan’s June 7th letter, there can be no sentencing on July 11th.

Apparently I am NOT the only one fixated on Michael Anderson and a case of possible jury tampering that STILL has not been addressed.

Every juror should be questioned under oath to start.

Which is a strong TELL that the Michael Anderson story has not been investigated by them nor "debunked." According to Russo, unless this jury tampering incident is resolved, there can be NO sentencing on July 11. Meanwhile the media is just hoping that Michael Anderson and his Facebook post will just go away.

Every juror should be questioned under oath to start.

And their cellphones checked.

Could also be why the gag order was kept in place. Trump and his lawyers have to know something.

“Every juror should be questioned under oath to start.”

Do you seriously think they would tell the truth, even under oath? Nobody would prosecute for perjury, and they know that for sure.

But the phone records, FB records, etc would show the lie if they did, and then there would be perjury charges. Or should be anyway. I suppose Bragg could refuse to charge but if that got out it would set him up for prosecutorial misconduct I would think.

Merchan should NEVER have let the jurors loose for a week. They should have been sequestered. I’ll bet half of them discussed the case among family or friends.

Yes. And the fault lies with Merchan for not sequestering them.

the Facebook post

Notice that even this guy fails to properly identify that it was a post on the Unified Court System’s public Facebook page. That's important because, while still posted by a private individual, it was on a Facebook page of the court prosecuting Trump, so it couldn't just be evaded, overlooked or just dismissed.

The deafening silence is quite revealing to ne sure, but it still may not reflect a positive for Trump, as the court has already shown that they will go to any length to subvert due process for Trump.

Will they just jail Trump and let him stay there until its resolved? I've seen nothing that gives me hope they will do the right thing now, so I believe the answer to my question is yes that is exactly what they will do.

Prepare for the worst, and pray for the best.

“But the phone records, FB records, etc would show the lie if they did, and then there would be perjury charges.”

Of COURSE the lie(s) would be evident and provable. But there’s no way in hell charges or prosecution would occur — at least under the current regime. Every single day for years we’ve seen blatant crimes committed by RAT scofflaws, and they’re just fine.

I’m not a lawyer nor did I stay at Holiday Inn Express last night, but I agree, something is up.

The Trump team is way too quiet. Almost like they know they have a nuke to drop in the POS Judge’s lap on 11 July.

Then again I wouldn’t put it past the Dems to simply pencil whip a FAKE investigation and then passing it off as “officially” closing the issue.

The handling of this could mean life or death for many people.

In this particular case, though, Bragg refusing to charge jurors with perjury right after they voted the way he wanted them to in a court case... would seem to be conspiracy between the jurors and the prosecutor. “You give me the verdict I want and I will do you favors by not prosecuting your crimes...”

And Trump’s people could use a prosecutorial misconduct or conspiracy argument to appeal also, I would think.

Then again, I am not a lawyer so maybe my understanding is bunk. Hopefully a lawyer will chip in here.

Somehow there has to be a way to stop the corrupt Alvin Bragg and all the ways that have allowed NY to become a turd-world hellhole, judicially and criminally speaking.

(Imaginary call to Washington Post Reporter)

ME: Hello, is anybody at the Washington Post working on the Michael Anderson story?

WAPO: Who?

ME: Michael Anderson. The person who posted on the Manhattan court's Facebook page on May 29 that his cousin who is a juror on the Trump trial said that the jury had already come in with a guilty verdict the day before that verdict was officially handed down.

WAPO: Sorry, the name still doesn't ring a bell.

ME: Anderson's name was all over the news just two weeks ago.

WAPO: And now it's not so if there is a story it has gone away.

ME: Only because the media won't cover it.

WAPO: All that counts is that Trump is a convicted felon.

ME: Officially no, not until the July 11 sentencing by Judge Juan Merchan and he can't sentence Trump until this jury tampering issue is resolved.

WAPO: So it will be resolved.

ME: Not if no investigation of this matter takes place. Aren't you interested in finding out what happened?

WAPO: This sounds like another attempt by Trump to subvert our Democracy.

(Phone goes dead.)

I agree. Totally. They want him jailed and murdered inside. But don’t they know if they jail Trump they only make him unbeatable? The verdict eroded their base and raised over 400 million for Trump. They know what jailing him will do and there is not time to discard his SS protection.

My thought, House Arrest. Keep him off the campaign trail but not in a prison facility per say. Then finalize the change of batter for the dementia besieged Biden.

NO sentencing UNTIL the jury tampering matter is investigated and resolved. Are they really going to PRETEND the matter was investigated without proof?

None of those things would matter with Soros people holding the powerful, decision-making positions. I know it sounds defeatist, but we have learned the facts of life in America now.

Well, I hope this is right but what I expect is that nothing at all will happen about this letter (except maybe at the appellate level) and the kangaroo court will continue on July 11th.
