“But the phone records, FB records, etc would show the lie if they did, and then there would be perjury charges.”

Of COURSE the lie(s) would be evident and provable. But there’s no way in hell charges or prosecution would occur — at least under the current regime. Every single day for years we’ve seen blatant crimes committed by RAT scofflaws, and they’re just fine.

In this particular case, though, Bragg refusing to charge jurors with perjury right after they voted the way he wanted them to in a court case... would seem to be conspiracy between the jurors and the prosecutor. “You give me the verdict I want and I will do you favors by not prosecuting your crimes...”

And Trump’s people could use a prosecutorial misconduct or conspiracy argument to appeal also, I would think.

Then again, I am not a lawyer so maybe my understanding is bunk. Hopefully a lawyer will chip in here.

Somehow there has to be a way to stop the corrupt Alvin Bragg and all the ways that have allowed NY to become a turd-world hellhole, judicially and criminally speaking.

(Imaginary call to Washington Post Reporter)

ME: Hello, is anybody at the Washington Post working on the Michael Anderson story?

WAPO: Who?

ME: Michael Anderson. The person who posted on the Manhattan court's Facebook page on May 29 that his cousin who is a juror on the Trump trial said that the jury had already come in with a guilty verdict the day before that verdict was officially handed down.

WAPO: Sorry, the name still doesn't ring a bell.

ME: Anderson's name was all over the news just two weeks ago.

WAPO: And now it's not so if there is a story it has gone away.

ME: Only because the media won't cover it.

WAPO: All that counts is that Trump is a convicted felon.

ME: Officially no, not until the July 11 sentencing by Judge Juan Merchan and he can't sentence Trump until this jury tampering issue is resolved.

WAPO: So it will be resolved.

ME: Not if no investigation of this matter takes place. Aren't you interested in finding out what happened?

WAPO: This sounds like another attempt by Trump to subvert our Democracy.

(Phone goes dead.)
