They're worried about a flavoring agent to a product that has warning labels about cancer risk? Why not just ban cigarettes if they really cared about health?

Load up on menthol cigarettes at the Indian Smoke Shop. Better returns than the DJIA.

Good. Malt liquor first now menthol.
Good way to drive black voters away in an election year.
Go Dems!
Trump should sell “Trump Ripple” - comes with a free pack if menthol blunts.

As soon as it is banned Trump should come out and say
“I don’t smoke, but if I did it would be menthols”
Kennedy should say “menthol is not as toxic as vaccines are today”

Doing this in an election year must mean the dems are convinced they have nothing to lose, so why not piss of a good chunk of your supporters by banning something they're addicted to and likely enjoy on some levels.
This is just step one to a total Tobacco ban, you know, the incremental thing, frog in a pot deal.
Always the busybodies having to tell everyone how to live their lives. I always love pissing those assholes off.

Fentanyl kills tens of thousands of Americans annually.
How many Americans does the menthol in cigarettes kill?

While the do gooders think they are going after a worse cigarette, used in bigger percentages by a “minority” and thus hurting that “minority” - “blacks” - if they had their pulse on the people they’d find the black community is not happy about the Biden’s going after menthol cigarettes.

Trying to regulate some behaviors is often not solved or made worse by the manner of the regulations set for that objective.
Case in point is New York State’s legalization of the sale of marijuana for recreational use, and the regulations put in place to implement it.
The regulations are so onerous and wrong headed that illegal retail marijuana shops are now ubiquitous in New York City and far outnumber, many times over, the legal marijuana shops. The whole thing is a mess and a disaster.
