It’s quite possible that they don’t bring the Irish butter into Canada because of the protected market. I couldn’t find it anywhere.

The recipe called for olive oil, but, now I am thinking they included oiling the big dough bowl as an “ingredient”. Because: the dough is (2nd) rising better! Higher.

It is still rising so won’t be able to tell for a while, but I am really starting to think this is supposed to be without the oil. Hmmmm!
