Youtube ^ | 2/23/2024 | Martin Decoder

Posted on 02/27/2024 5:02:51 AM PST by Phoenix8

What really caused the Bud Light backlash? What were the most important signs that Bud Light would fail? To answer these questions, this video looks at the most important moments in this extremely revealing interview with Alissa Heinerscheid, vice president of marketing for Bud Light.

Heinerscheid talks about her struggles with feeling grateful, and she gives advice that she claims has helped her. However, what do Heinerscheid’s statements and advice actually reveal about her personality and mindset going into the job as vice president? How are her statements and advice linked to the Bud Light backlash? At the end, there are relevant comparisons to an interview with Brendan Whitworth, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, which brews Bud Light.

This video has an educational purpose. You can use many of the principles and concepts to decode interviews, speeches, and your own daily conversations.

As an analysis, this video is made according to the terms of ‘fair use’.

I found this interesting as I wasn’t schooled in Marketing, something new.

Basically the upper management damaged Bud Light when they hired an inexperienced , inept and above all college indoctrinated woke young female as V.P. in charge of Bud Light sales.

The host analyzes and decodes interviews revealing her truth.

When one hires a demonstrably stupid person to run sales, one can watch their company image ‘transition’ (hmmm) from funny and heart-rending commercials (the frogs and the Clidesdales) to a repulsive looking sicko who has no purpose in life other than turning oxygen into CO2 and good food into Obamastuff.

“Basically the upper management damaged Bud Light when they hired an inexperienced , inept and above all college indoctrinated woke young female as V.P.”

How was that determination made? Something convinced them this was indeed the way to go. Who put the bug in their ear? Who has decided perverted letter people should rule the day at the cost of a generation of America’s children? At some point, some (apparently) otherwise reasonable person agreed that DEI was a good idea whose time had come. Could this all be a distraction from what the globalists are doing?

Once the public realizes that the ultimate goal of the depraved homosexual agenda is to legalize adult/child sex, everywhere, anytime at any age then the backlash will finally make sense to the Heinerscheid’s of the world.

At the root of Homosexual marriage laws, is the subtle approval and rape of children.

The LGBT globohomo agenda is a cancer that has metalized. You see it’s cause and effect in Ukraine. /spit

The clip with the CEO shows his buzzword’ology is exactly what led to hiring her.

The executives at Transheuser Busch hired Alissa Heinerscheid to change the image of Bud Light to be "less fratty". She did exactly that and now fraternity brothers spend their money on cheap beer made by other companies.

She deserves a promotion.

She is so incredibly unlikeable at first glance - I don’t see how anyone could look at that sheman and think ‘yah, dis be good idea to hire her/him’.

Her condescending attitude, her smugness and absolute arrogance just sucks the air out of any room she is about to enter.

I can believe she had to have surrogates for her kids. WHO would look at THAT and get frisky???

There are those in my company’s leadership that sound a lot like Heinerscheid. They are more focused on looking good to the ESG and DEI crowds than actually making a profit. The only reason a company is in business is to make a profit by selling products or services that people are willing to pay money for.

Nice flick. Ok, off to do my happiness exercises today! First stop to see my oncologist. If no happiness there, I will be on to seek fulfillment elsewhere. Does Bud have an opening at an executive level. I sure would be grateful for it if it paid a lot and I can fake it!!! Seems horse face did ok there until unmasked. Love the rainbow card on the wall behind her too. Talk about a RED flag.

Generally, I’m convinced that in most cases it’s the government.

When you hear Big Auto claiming the wonders of EVs, for example, you know something is amiss, given the incredible lack of maturity of that technology (and lack of maturity of the idiots who buy them, by the way).

When you hear of de-banking, it’s ALWAYS government - as they regulate the hell out of banking (and autos, for that matter) and banks themselves could care less what their customers do, in fact they LOVED drug dealers until the government made them start reporting.

For beer, it’s just hard to say what else could have done it. Most execs are straight and have families - something pushed them, and I will bet it starts with the government as execs, no doubt, get bombarded with stupids ideas non-stop - so they have to reject all of them - EXCEPT when the government calls, as the FDA, for example, can shut them down by sending a bunch of inspectors, ‘find’ a human hair in a giant fermentation vat, and then require everything be sanitized...as one example.

Too much information.

Too much emphasis on touchy-feely self-inflicted psychological turmoil.

Too much, and as a womanXX who has been in charge of companies, disclosure. The time to bury the media induced female stereotype was when she entered Budweiser’s front door.

I was not in marketing. But, someone at HR forgot that the bottom line is money, always. She was probably hired by another touchy-feely, psychologically impaired woman, perhaps not XX.

It’s very simple, the Board room and upper management embraced wokeness - a big mistake.
