I found this interesting as I wasn’t schooled in Marketing, something new.

Basically the upper management damaged Bud Light when they hired an inexperienced , inept and above all college indoctrinated woke young female as V.P. in charge of Bud Light sales.

The host analyzes and decodes interviews revealing her truth.

When one hires a demonstrably stupid person to run sales, one can watch their company image ‘transition’ (hmmm) from funny and heart-rending commercials (the frogs and the Clidesdales) to a repulsive looking sicko who has no purpose in life other than turning oxygen into CO2 and good food into Obamastuff.

“Basically the upper management damaged Bud Light when they hired an inexperienced , inept and above all college indoctrinated woke young female as V.P.”

How was that determination made? Something convinced them this was indeed the way to go. Who put the bug in their ear? Who has decided perverted letter people should rule the day at the cost of a generation of America’s children? At some point, some (apparently) otherwise reasonable person agreed that DEI was a good idea whose time had come. Could this all be a distraction from what the globalists are doing?

Once the public realizes that the ultimate goal of the depraved homosexual agenda is to legalize adult/child sex, everywhere, anytime at any age then the backlash will finally make sense to the Heinerscheid’s of the world.

At the root of Homosexual marriage laws, is the subtle approval and rape of children.

The LGBT globohomo agenda is a cancer that has metalized. You see it’s cause and effect in Ukraine. /spit

She is so incredibly unlikeable at first glance - I don’t see how anyone could look at that sheman and think ‘yah, dis be good idea to hire her/him’.

Her condescending attitude, her smugness and absolute arrogance just sucks the air out of any room she is about to enter.

I can believe she had to have surrogates for her kids. WHO would look at THAT and get frisky???

There are those in my company’s leadership that sound a lot like Heinerscheid. They are more focused on looking good to the ESG and DEI crowds than actually making a profit. The only reason a company is in business is to make a profit by selling products or services that people are willing to pay money for.

Too much information.

Too much emphasis on touchy-feely self-inflicted psychological turmoil.

Too much, and as a womanXX who has been in charge of companies, disclosure. The time to bury the media induced female stereotype was when she entered Budweiser’s front door.

I was not in marketing. But, someone at HR forgot that the bottom line is money, always. She was probably hired by another touchy-feely, psychologically impaired woman, perhaps not XX.

It’s very simple, the Board room and upper management embraced wokeness - a big mistake.

Good video. I notice the AB CEO Whitworth is an imbecile as well as she is.

Besides being a stupid move by Heinerscheid if she had any understanding of the real market for Bud Lite, the Mulvaney fiasco also showed that Bud Lite had no brand loyalty. I find it very interesting that while the Bud Lite fiasco boosted sales of other similar American light beer products, the number one selling beer in the US is now Mexican import beer, Modelo. Modelo is a traditional lager beer and not the watery “light” beer products, like Bud Lite, that had dominated the market. Over night the taste of any American beer drinkers switched to this import. Perhaps the Mulvaney fiasco has revealed that the sales of American light beers was mostly based on marketing hype and when given a choice many American beer drinkers prefer a better tasting traditional lager like Modelo.

Back in the 90s, Budweiser had the commercials with the guys dressing as women to get free beer at a local bar for “Ladies Night.” It was funny.

If I were the advertising exec at a beer company today, I’d have a commercial with a non-descript spokesman/woman walking through random sets talking about their product with a variety of people in the backgrounds (golfers, hunters, guys working on cars, women gardening, whatever...). The commercial’s message would boil down to “We don’t care who you are, how you dress or how you spend your free time. We just want to sell you beer!”

She believes success is being happy. If she isn’t happy, her husband, children, and everyone at work around her have to pay a price. At some point in her expensive high school, undergraduate college, masters college you think she would have had to study a classic like the book of Ecclesiastes. Probably not, since it was written by a white man. At some point, she will exhaust the patience of those around her, and be extremely disappointed in life and not have a clue. Sad to say, that is what our “higher” education, corporations, and government is producing today.
