When I was a kid and women were wearing ‘beehive’, teased-up hairdos, there was an urban legend going around that some of these women dropped dead and bugs crawled out of their hair.

Normally I would say he was asleep and some bug full of eggs ready to hatch crawled into, or was inhaled into his nose, but he suggests it happened as a result of cleaning fish which suggests that the Dr. identified them.
