“ Indoctrination or Ignorance? 28-Year-Old Woman Learns You Can Eat Fruit From a Tree“
And that’s how we got in trouble back in The Garden.
” Eat Fruit From a Tree”
eeewwwww ... that’s nasty ...
like eating right off a bush ...
or things growing in dirt.
While I’d chalk it up to ignorance, I’m sure Big Agra would rather us not discover that we can eat fruit from trees for free.
I wouldn’t just pick a piece of fruit off a tree and eat it. I’d certainly wash or peel it first. No telling what kinds of pesticides or other chemicals might be on it.
AOC?
We had someone ask up if we grow our garden organically. I said YES . We have chickens so abundance of chicken manure for fertilizer.
We were informed that is too nasty to use for fertilizer. We need to use organic fertilizer but could not tell us what to use.
And always check for worms. My plums on my plum tree always has worms when I don’t tend to them. Same thing for pears.
I had a “hobby orchard” of a dozen plum, apple, pear, peach, nectarine, lemon, and olive trees when the kids were young specifically to show the kids where food came from, how it was grown, tended, and harvested.
My great grandparents were orchardists and packers in Creston, BC from 1904 to 1969. Back then it was mostly immigrants (and first and second generation descendants) from England. We were up there 18 months ago and now it’s all owned by people from SE Asia. Sigh.
Polish it off on your shirt sleeve...it’ll be fine.
But you can't mix it with diesel to use against the blue helmets.
A bunch of nitwits are currently whining about it because being outdoors is a white people thing? Yeah, I thought they were the ones that were not in tune with nature but consistency seems to be a hobgoblin to their small minds. So, whatever.
Anyway this clip shows that this kind of thing is still needed. People do not know where their food comes from. At all.
Depends on whose tree it is. Doesn’t it?
Well, fruit can’t be eaten until it has been “processed” by the grocery store. I thought everyone knew that.

Tell them you will next look for horse or goat droppings. Those should be less “nasty”.
Exactly what do they think “organic” means?
When I was 5, I, by mistake, learned that fruit needs to ripen before eating them off the tree. I mistook green cherries for white ones. OOPS!
“organic”...being derived from organs. there, solved that definition.
