Golden State Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic died on Wednesday after suffering a heart attack the day prior, the team announced.
“We are absolutely devastated by Dejan Milojević’s sudden passing,” the Warriors said in a statement. “This is a shocking and tragic blow for everyone associated with the Warriors and an incredibly difficult time for his family, friends, and all of us who had the incredible pleasure to work with him.
“… We grieve with and for his wife, Natasa, and their children, Nikola and Masa.” The 46-year-old Serbian coach was hospitalized in Salt Lake City, Utah, Tuesday night after he suffered a medical emergency at a private team dinner, according to the Warriors.

My husband is diabetic- as a matter of course their cholesterol ratios are off. I found out about 6 years ago- by chance- that his endocrinologist had him on Crestor and was dosing him keeping his TOTAL friggin cholesterol below 100 for almost SEVEN YEARS!! I believe he has brain damage (or I married a moron and didn’t notice until then)

Yep. happened to my old boss. He passed his physical and had dead on cholesterol. A week later dead of a heart attack at home in front of his wife. He stressed hos cholesterol because his doctor did.

His older brother was a died suddenly, too, back in 2022.

Sorry to hear that, but yep, winds up that the brain NEEDS cholesterol and as noted elsewhere on this thread, no evidence exists that lower cholesterol leads to a lengthened life expectancy.
23% of your bodies cholesterol is in the brain. The manufacturer admits it causes short term memory loss. But it can get way more serious than that. It was proven but not published.
He has stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. That puts him ahead of some doctors I’ve been to.
