I hope they do a better job on pro football than they do B1G sports. The production quality of the college sports is really weak. Kind of like college media department level.
about 2 years ago HBO dropped boxing. Now Showtime is dropping it. In the past if they went PPV for a big fight 1 week later it was on air as part of your cable or dish service . soon all fights will be PPV.
ESPN has some fights up and comers.
I would think that local citizens who are paying taxes to fund the stadiums should be able to sue for the inability to watch what they paid for...but then with the way things are we’re probably lucky they don’t round people up for expressing their irritation.
That quote on the Lottery is incredible. I’ve had suspicions that the national lottery that keeps getting into the hundreds of millions has been rigged for quite some time. The government earns interest on that pot of money, similar to if you were to pre-order an item such as a video game or anything really, the company earns interest on your pre-order payment.
So, it is in the governments best interest that nobody ‘wins’ it so the pot can grow, and thus the interest accrued also grows. I know, someone always ends up winning these record pots, but why do the pots keep getting so huge now? I suspect the government makes sure nobody wins it until they are ready.

Actually, it was significantly cheaper on YouTube this year than it was last year on Direct TV
I’ve had it every year. In the beginning, I could get it for free on my 10’ satellite dish
Yep about 65.00 a month on direct TV, youtube it’s about 80.00 to 100.00 month
If you signed up in June is was cheaper
Note that FIFA, ie real football, does not have commercial breaks.
If it ain’t on the air, or free of any registration, then I’m not watching it.
