"As you well know, Trump's finances, they've been a so-called redline for him, going all the way back to Robert Mueller's investigation. If these rulings, if they do in fact have a profound effect on Trump's finances, are you worried about retribution should he win in 2024? Do you think he would target people like the Judge Engoron out of a sense of revenge?"
Replied Litman:
"There's no one he won't target out of a sense of revenge. Think of a guy with a machine gun, spraying everyone."

Those statements on MSNBC a clear political contributions-in-kind. Alicia Menendez, Harry Litman, and the producers of the show need to be charged for every penny of them.
