A Louisiana grandmother who went to the hospital with a headache claimed she cannot remember her memories from the past 30 years, believing she was a teenager in the 1980s when she woke up in a wild extensive amnesia case.
Kim Denicola was 56 years old when she developed an intense headache and blurry vision while at a bible study group in Baton Rogue, La. in Oct. 2018.
When she awoke in the hospital emergency room, Denicola had no recollection that she was married and had two children. “I’ve lost a lot of Christmases, so it’s a big deal,” Denicola, now 60, told WAFB.

She must have had the same treatment Biden had with the skull work.
Have to forget back to 1973 for that.
Just use his cousin, SPEL CHEK!😄
A neighbor of mine was in a bad head on auto accident many years ago. He was in a coma for quite a while. When he woke up he asked the babe sitting in the chair if she was a nurse. When she informed him that she was his wife he sadly informed her that he had no idea who she was.
They figured he had lost 11 years of memory. Gone with the wind. Fortunately his wife didn’t make it stink of the divorce and made sure he had a good relationship with their daughter.
All in all things turned out about as well as they could.
She must be shocked by the total loss of God and morals in society.
Like an old “amnesia” plot on TV.
On Twin Peaks I think Nadine Hurley
gets hit on the head and thinks she’s a
50s-60s era high school student and
tries to romance current high schooler
Mike Nelson. (She’s married, to Big
Ed Hurley)
That would be truly horrible. To lose all memory of the last 30 years and wake up thinking I was still married to my first wife. I’d jump out a window if I could get one open.
The Man From Left Field
A group of teenaged boys draft a homeless amnesiac as their baseball coach and help him regain his memory, rebuild his life and find romance.

She could always binge watch all of the Back to the Future movies.
That ought to get her up to speed.
Just think, NoBama!
Why did she divorce him?
Must be a shock to go past a mirror and see an old woman looking back.
10 second Dan from 50 First Dates.
But did she retain the wisdom that comes with age? I’ve often thought I’d like to return to the 80s (actually the 70’s because the music was better), but I’d want to keep the wisdom I’ve gained since then. When I was 18, I thought my parents were so clueless about life. By the age of 25, I realized exactly how intelligent they were!
I had the Back to the Future experience when I woke up 40 miles from where I had thought I had gone to sleep, thinking I had mentally transported myself, because I was too wasted to have driven there myself. But apparently I had. My next step was to check my car for damages, to find none, which was a relief. 🤣
Disbelief probably would have done the job for me. 🤣
Before autocorrect did its damage, that probably meant something. What did it mean?
“Why did she divorce him?”
They tried to work things out but he had absolutely no memory of her and the personality changes brought on by the accident, surgeries and rehab pretty much killed any chance of them staying together.
Think of it this way... You go to bed tonight laying beside your true love. You wake up in the morning beside someone who has no idea who you are and has a personality different from the guy you had dinner with the night before.
Wow - last thing I knew Ronald Reagan was President - no Clinton, no W, No Obama. Sweet.
