Very hard to prove. You just throw the resume in the trash. If they avoid the pronoun declaration on their resume and declare it in the interview, just proceed with the interview and never call them back.

I would go further. Any sentence that begins with the word “So” should be completely ignored.

Easy. If I ever saw one, I’d throw it in the trash. Pursuing such a candidate is just looking for a lawsuit down the road.

If you're applying for a government job in Massachusetts....New York...Maryland...Kalifornia (etc) it's a *very* good idea to include your pronouns. And the best ones are “Xi” and “they”.

Hmmmm???
I can see where that might cause some confusion.
Your Majesty = King/Queen
Your Highness = Prince/Princess

I have removed my connection with every single person on Linked In that added preferred pronouns to their profiles. No need to have that stink on me.

Doubly ignored if “like” is within five words of “so.”Indeed. A sentiment I wholly endorse. I consider both to effectively be verbal tics that have pervaded the culture.

The absolute worst verbal tic has to be “Yes. No. Yes.”
