Very hard to prove. You just throw the resume in the trash. If they avoid the pronoun declaration on their resume and declare it in the interview, just proceed with the interview and never call them back.

If you're applying for a government job in Massachusetts....New York...Maryland...Kalifornia (etc) it's a *very* good idea to include your pronouns. And the best ones are “Xi” and “they”.
