Black pigs are farm raised and fetch a higher price, so paint your pigs black - cheat and get more money for your pig.
But the whole of the video is about how cheating is a huge part of Chinese culture. Dealing with China, without foreknowledge of the rampant cheating, is the best way to get ripped off, sick, or diseased.
