I still don’t understand how a state can make a ruling on a U.S. constitutional issue and apply it to a state law\requirement that doesn’t exist ?
Looks like it’s not just the primary “disqualification” but also the general......The Colorado election laws regarding ballot access requirements does not appear to include the 14th amendment “disqualification”...

don’t know enough about it. I think SCOTUS is the way to go. It’s as crap shoot.
If SCOTUS rules for Pres. Trump, it’s over for the rest of the states.
If SCOTUS rules against Pres. Trump, is there a work around? if not, other RAT stat es will give it
a shot.
Is it for just the Primary or is the General included ? Colorado looks like the General is included though not mentioned.
Can SCOTUS rule partially one way and another? Pres. Trump not charged\convicted of insurrection so that’s out but states can make their own laws regarding elections ?
