don’t know enough about it. I think SCOTUS is the way to go. It’s as crap shoot.
If SCOTUS rules for Pres. Trump, it’s over for the rest of the states.
If SCOTUS rules against Pres. Trump, is there a work around? if not, other RAT stat es will give it
a shot.
Is it for just the Primary or is the General included ? Colorado looks like the General is included though not mentioned.
Can SCOTUS rule partially one way and another? Pres. Trump not charged\convicted of insurrection so that’s out but states can make their own laws regarding elections ?
