Some people think they give him drugs to make him coherent for a speech like SotU. If so, why not for other events? Also, do you really believe drugs can transform a bumbling, dementia-ridden idiot into a coherent and competent orator? I don’t. (Disclosure: I’m not a doctor or drug expert. But I don’t think it takes an expert to figure that out.)
Voter verification? If the return address is not your county clerk’s office just chuck it. I get that phony krap at least weekly. Don’t even reply with a retort of sorts. That will confirm to the scammer that you’re alive and well enough to tap again.
