They are all following the Deion dog and pony show
Colorado has a tough rest of schedule with I think all but two ranked
If he pulls that off then his hype there is deserved
He earned it at JSU
How much of Bama's woes are being corrected? Bama could be more same ol' same ol' or they could get their act together and thunderfump Ole Miss. Then there's the Lane Kiffin factor. He always makes Ole Miss either crazy good or crazy bad -- never any middle ground.
I truly wouldn't be surprised with either team beating the other by 20 points.
Taking the Niners and giving the points. Those might be the only points the Giants get.

I know who I WANT to win. Ole Miss all the way! Beat Bama!
This MNF game is Eagles v. Tampa Bay.
What’s gonna happen with Auburn at the Aggies? Aggies lost to Miami, but that’s the only “big” team the Aggies played. Auburn hasn’t played anybody either.

Hey Impy.
Next week, can you include a “master list” of games for those of us who pick on FR and not Yahoo?
Or maybe a school and set the precedent for a new coach to dump all the scholarship athletes he doesn’t want, and cherry pick all of college football.
What happens if some SEC bottom feeder, say the Vanderbilt Commodores, does this and beats Georgia, Alabama and LSU next season running the table... How long before that coach is universally condemned, rather than ready for PRIME TIME? How long before the Football Gods and ESPN go absolutely nuts over this?
It would be if ESPN would investigae and follow up with all the student athletes Coach Prime dumped, and find out if the institution is involved in both integrity and spirit of the law violations, e.g., if Colorado set up a specific operation to recruit and release kids from the program, and if it was legal.
Now that Coach Prime did this, what if say Oregon and NIKE paid one million dollars to every single 5-star recruit, and $800K to the 4-Stars recruits. What if they paid every kid jumping from another program to their’s, a million bucks?
We can envision where the money and the advertising is taking college football, and possible basketball....
Duke could easily buy up the best talent, or Ohio State.
It is a shame but someday there will be comparisons between contracts for Superbowl rosters and college championship rosters.
What may happen is that these college student athletes get paid for college, get a degree, get a regular occupation, forgoing the NFL and depriving the PROs of massive talent. I think we will see some of this as an unintended consequence, but too there is so much talent being developed there is a lot of potential that will play too.
If anyone can correct a team it’s demigod Saban
I’m ole miss 1981
I don’t get rabid over it
I love a good game and pull for who’s trying hardest
Historically my family is
LSU first affections
Then tide
Then all SEC
but I like when the scholar teams like Tulane wake forest and duke play well
And living in Miami 88-95 I also used to love my showboat convicts
I was at the old orange bowl in I think 88 or 89 when they beat Gods team
It was glorious
What a great stadium that was
Like the old sugar bowl was
Last place similar to that is VPI I reckon
Also I’m kinda pulling for USC to do well
And I’m partial to Penn State just because of their traditional uniforms
I’m ignorant of how this works when a new coach arrives
Does he create the team he wants or only work with what he has?
Saban has as they say agency to draw on his name and school tradition
Here’s Sanders on it
Id assume there are ncaa regs on this
I’m not in favor of paying players thru crafty deals but that ship has kind of sailed unless it gets reversed
It’s weird
Baseball has moved more to snagging college grad players when in my dad they grabbed most from seniors summer ball like servian league 45 years ago
But college unless they pay them could drive kids to opt early as possible since so much money at stake that can change a poor black family status immensely so why risk injury to play all of college
But then again football I think requires more physical maturity as in bulk etc
It’s complicated so much $$ involved
I’m a homer through and through, pulling for the FBS teams in my state, like last week when South Alabama beat the OK State Mullets!
