Police in Portland have declared a “biohazard” after a transgender activist destroyed a teenage girl’s car and defecated inside the vehicle.
Eric Neil Bowen, a 44-year-old male who claims to be “female” and goes by “Vivian Shemansky,” accused the girl of being “transphobic” before he wrecked her car.
Bowen reportedly exploded in a rage after the 17-year-old girl parked near his tent in the Hollywood District of the city on August 27.
The tent was pitched in a parking lot and the victim, identified only as Jade, was parked legally in an available space.
Bowen responded by yelling and throwing a stick at the girl.
Jade left her car for around 15 minutes and returned to find it had been vandalized.
Every window and light on the vehicle had been smashed.
The inside of the car was covered with urine and human feces, which had been smeared around.

Lisa Thomasson, the girl’s mother, told The Post Millennial that Jade was “in tears” when she saw what had been done to her vehicle.
The police determined that the 2005 Ford Escape was totaled and deemed it a “biohazard.”
The vehicle had to be towed away after police declared it to be unsafe.
Upon being questioned by police, Shemansky reportedly told officers that the girl had been “transphobic.”
Shemansky was arrested and booked as a “female” at the Multnomah County Jail.
He was charged with four counts, including criminal mischief in the first degree, unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal mischief in the second degree, and disorderly conduct in the second degree.
But despite also having a long criminal history and existing outstanding warrants, Shemansky was released the same day he was booked.
A hearing scheduled for the next day resulted in a failure to appear.
The case is still logged as open in the Oregon Judicial Department’s system.
“I just thought what could have happened to my child if that person took the frustration out on her,” Thomasson told the outlet.
“There’s no accountability for people that are breaking the law,” she added.
“It’s putting our community and the home we grew up in in jeopardy.
“We should be able to feel safe in the city we grew up in.”
Shemansky’s grand jury indictment is scheduled for September 19.
The teen victim and her family intend to push forward with charges.
In the meantime, they’re asking the public to donate to a GoFundMe campaign for Jade.

It's last name is Shemansky, which should alert everyone that it knows it is a man that chose a name with the prefix of what it desires itself to be, a she, then picked an ending that rhymes with lie.
Put it in solitary confinement, because putting it with a male or female, is truly cruel & unusual punishment to the cell mate that has to share a cell with it.

The teen girl probably has no choice in the matter.

Amazing how this stuff goes down in the NW. There are places in the Midwest and South where there wouldn’t be a trace of DNA left....
