‘Non-human intelligence’: Schumer proposes stunning new UFO legislation
The Hill ^ | MARIK VON RENNENKAMPFF

Posted on 07/18/2023 5:12:21 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), along with a bipartisan group of five other senators, introduced extraordinary legislation on July 13, suggesting that the U.S. government or private contractors may secretly possess recovered UFOs and “biological evidence of living or deceased non-human intelligence.”

According to the legislation, “non-human intelligence” is defined as “any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform, regardless of nature or ultimate origin which may be presumed responsible for” UFOs.

[...]

The proposed legislation follows explosive allegations by a former intelligence official, David Grusch, that secret UFO retrieval and reverse-engineering programs were illegally hidden from Congress. Importantly, the powerful investigative body that oversees the nation’s intelligence agencies found Grusch’s allegations to be “credible and urgent.” Moreover, the intelligence community’s first inspector general — appointed by President Obama, confirmed by the Senate and now a high-profile attorney in private practice — represented Grusch as he proceeded through the formal whistleblower process.

In an interview with NewsNation, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), vice chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, corroborated the broad contours of both Grusch’s allegations and Schumer’s bipartisan legislation.

According to Rubio, only one of two remarkable outcomes will ultimately explain recent developments, “Either what [Grusch] is saying is partially true or entirely true, or we have some really smart, educated people with high clearances and very important positions in our government who are crazy and are leading us on a goose chase.”

[...]

Echoing Rubio’s comments and Schumer’s statement, Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wis.), who serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, stated recently that “all sorts of [UFO whistleblowers] are coming out of the woodwork” and telling Congress that “they’ve been part of this or that [UFO] program.”

According to Gallagher, last year’s enactment of UFO whistleblower protections resulted in “a variety of pretty intense conversations.”

FYI the non cannon book of Enoch is referenced in the NT and is useful for understanding idioms of the time and grammar.

I hate to be totally relevant to the topic of this thread, but anyway... :-)

Michael Salla gives his take on what Schumer is up to starting at about the forty five minute mark of his latest “week in review”:

https://podbay.fm/p/exopolitics-today-with-dr-michael-salla

He argues that this is a fight between different factions of the Deep State—what makes it confusing it that the map of the Deep State does not exactly match the map of the formal bureaucracy. It can get kinda difficult to figure out who is on first, what is on second etc etc...

Congress is using “disclosure” as a weapon in that turf battle—the public is just pawns to be bamboozled as usual.

So—it is not a squirrel. It is a bunch of squirrels fighting over territory.

;-)

Jude 1:14-15

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

***************************

Is Jude wrong?

That said absolutely nothing about demons being the spirits of dead nephilim.

Good points.

And I would add that, along those lines, the NDAA Amendment from Schumer is also aimed at the financial rewards that come from the eminent domain expropriation of non-human technologies and assets currently held by Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, et al by Congress.

It does seem that Jude is giving a nod to the book of Enoch and until a better explaination for departed nephilim comes along I'm not quick to dismiss this one.

It does to me make a certain amount of sense that as a hybrid entity of man and angelic that there is no where else for them to go for now and Jesus explaining how they wander as well as demons sniveling to Jesus about being tormented before the appointed time.

All we have are theories at this point but this one makes sense to me.

YMMV. Peace.

I would add that just because the Book of Enoch is not considered Biblical canon by most denominations does not mean that it is an unimportant source of our understanding.

The very fact that Jude spoke of Enoch and used the language in the Book of Enoch (i.e., "[T]he angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day") means that he was incorporating it by reference.

In fact, that one quotation from Jude destroys the hypothesis of those who say the "Sons of God" in Genesis 6 are the sons of Seth or merely great men (royalty).

That was a nod to Enoch, not the book. The reason the LCMS rejects that book is that it was not included in the Torah, meaning it has no timeless lineage. Its origin cannot be traced.

BTW, keep an eye on Lockheed Martin (LMT) and Raytheon (RTX) stock.

The NDAA UAP Amendment creates a legal and financial cloud for those companies via the eminent domain clause. That clause means that the government can and will take ownership of any UAP technology, intellectual property, bodily remains, recovered aircraft, OR any products developed from the aforementioned property.

This could crush those companies if they actually possess anything UAP-related or have used it to develop current products or products planned for future development.

I find the book credible but since it has been deemed non canon it has limited authority for persuading.

Quite fascinating! What an amazing sequence of events that explain todays dilemas.

What a cosmic soap opera we are in and what's coming many many won't believe even if someone told them.

Demons are the spirits of dead Nephilim.
That’s not in the Biblical canon

//

Like the trinity, it’s a concept proven indirectly.

Forgive me if I have confused you with others I have played whack a mole with.

Demons are spirit beings.
Fallen angels have bodies and were created.
Jesus said demons have no habitation ( bodies ) of their own.
The demonic spirits are not fallen angels.
Fallen angels do not posses men or animals.

The demonic spirits came from somewhere and if not created separate from angels their spirit had to come from somewhere.

The only source left are the spirits of the hybrid nephiliam that were killed in the flood.

Nephiliam are not eternal bodies like the angels, they die and their spirit remains.

Disembodied spirits that look for habitation.

If this does not convince you as proof, that’s fine, not a salvation issue.

Yes. I find it fascinating.

The Book of Enoch is one of many non-canonical ancient Hebrew texts that describe the backstory to Genesis 6.

I am always surprised how some theologians want to ascribe mundane and prosaic interpretations to Genesis 6 when the ancient Hebrew text is perfectly aligned with the Book of Enoch.

Michael Heiser does an excellent job of clearing up this matter in his book "The Unseen Realm."

"The Unseen Realm" is one of the most important theological books since the New Testament itself was written and developed into canon. I recommend it highly (click the image to check out the reviews of the book).

Chuck Missler
God’s own prophet? How is that man more qualified than anyone else on this forum? I’ve been following this stuff for a very long time and am a well-versed LCMS Lutheran; and, I think Missler’s take is not accurate. He, like so many others, is guilty of “reading between the lines”

/\

Ah, you ARE one of my whack a mole contenders.

I have no desire to debate Lutherans.

Last one was the pastor who taught my lutheran confirmation class when I was 12 and had just been born again. Right before I and the whole senior youth group was excommunicated and sentenced to hell for refusing to quit our home bible studies. Seemed the parents complained about us Jesus revolution era “ Jesus Freaks “ talking about Jesus non stop and their opinion that constant bible study replacing all our previous hobbies was a “ bad cultic” thing.

I have attended Calvary chapels ever since.

I have multiple problems with the lutheran churches, infant baptism conveying salvation being the prime one.

Baptism is a confession of faith after repentance and asking for salvation.

Infant salvation of an infant that knows nothing about the gospel is tantamount to salvation by works.

The bread and wine becoming literal flesh and blood instead of being symbolic is another. I am not a cannibal and I don’t beleive Jesus meant it was literal.

I also don’t beleive all prophecy was fulfilled in ad 70 either.

I am not a preterist.

Your accusation of reading between the lines is rather ironic in that light.

Your mileage may vary , as is your right.

Not we freepers. But the general public mostly follows what one or two of their only news outlets tell them to follow. Facebook, google, pop culture. They don’t leave that bubble so why not cook up UFOs again.
