Police bodycam footage captured the horrifying moments after a 12-year-old girl allegedly stabbed her nine-year-old brother to death in their Oklahoma home.
The siblings' mother April Lyda told police she was asleep upstairs when her daughter woke her up shortly before midnight to say she had stabbed her brother, Zander.
The girl, who has not been named by police, is heard sobbing and repeatedly apologizing as officers arrived at the downtown Tulsa home on January 5.
The boy was rushed to the hospital and taken into surgery, but died from his injuries shortly after 2:30 a.m. CT.
The edited video, obtained by The Law & Crime Network, begins with the girl running downstairs as she yells, 'I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry.'
As the girl is taken out of the home by police, Lyda appears by the door frame saying the boy has stab wounds on his chest.
'You better pray to God he f*****g lives,' she tells the girl.
'I'm so sorry, momma,' the girl replies. 'I don't know what happened.'
The handcuffed girl then leads police to the knife she supposedly used to stab her brother, which she had thrown out of a window.
Once in the patrol car, the girl asks if she's going to jail as an officer tries to console her saying it's too soon to tell.
'I ruined my life,' she says. 'I ruined my whole future. It's all my fault.'
At one point, the girl appears to pray as she says: 'God, please help me. What the f***. Please. F*** please.'

Kind of confusing but I think the girl said that her other brother was at “his dad’s”....which would certainly indicate there is more than one dad in the picture - but certainly not in the household. Why are there pictures of a small boy that is not the one she stabbed? She could sure turn the sobbing off when she wanted!

NO ONE who is a Christian would ever speak that way. Also never believe anyone who claims to be “religious”. If they are CHRISTIAN, it will show but CLAIMING to be “religious” proves absolutely nothing.
Been watching “the curious case of Natalia grace” where a family adopted what they thought was a young girl, only to find out she was a dwarf (they knew she had dwarfism, but she looked and acted like a little,child of around 6) turns out she was like 22 or so, and according to the parents tried to kill them.
It’s a wierd wierd case. She even called 911 on herself telling them she was stalking someone and to please come and stop her before she hurt them”
It’s hard to onow who is telling the truth- It’s one of the most bizarre stories I’ve heard in awhile. I’m not even sure anyone k own her real age now. Is she a victim? Or a psycho? Hard to tell. Last part of story is tonight.

Let’s see: She stabs her brother to death and the cops are the bad guys for using handcuffs? Even after she just demonstrated her propensity for the ultimate violence?

It’s gotten me well into my late 80’s and I don’t intend to change.. I know what is right and I know what is wrong - sad that you string words together beautifully but lack the talent to know the difference. Guess it depends on how one was raised.
I lost my husband two years ago after nursing him through several years of bad health and never felt the need to resort to gutter language in spite of differences of opinion about his care and his final days with hospice and misinformation from volunteers at the National Cemetery where he was to be buried.
If you haven’t known anyone who can control the words they speak when under pressure, then you’re associating with the wrong kind of people.

The girl stabbed her brother and wailed away on camera about ruining HER life. Motive: Be the villain and victim of a drama. This fake-reality garbage has to go. Give her the chair.

But, that's not what the mother tells the officer in the video.
She says she heard her son scream, and she ran to his bedroom and found him covered in blood. He told her that his sister stabbed him. The mom didn't know where the sister was.

or perhaps they have been lucky enough not to have an extreme event happen to them so they cannot relate. or they are lying to themselves and everyone else
This was the same response from a woman that recently killed a bride and severely injured the husband. A drunk driving incident on the wedding night drive home. It too lacked any remorse:
“I can’t believe this is my life … and my whole life is going to be over,” - “Oh my God. I just can’t believe this happened to me.… Why me?… I’m going to be here for years and years and years and years.”
