Brace yourselves for an awe-inspiring geological phenomenon that is reshaping the face of Africa as we know it! Join us on an extraordinary journey as we witness the unprecedented event of Africa splitting into two distinct continents.
In this captivating video, we delve deep into the geological forces at work that are gradually tearing Africa apart. Explore the vast expanse of the East African Rift System, a sprawling tectonic boundary that stretches over thousands of kilometers, signaling the emergence of a new continent.
Our expert geologists provide a comprehensive overview of the fascinating processes behind this monumental event. Uncover the geological forces that have been at play for millions of years, leading to the current rupture. Discover how the movement of tectonic plates beneath the Earth's surface has set the stage for this monumental separation.
Through stunning visuals and satellite imagery, we witness the dramatic landscapes that bear witness to this phenomenon. From the breathtaking cliffs and escarpments to the expansive lakes and valleys, this ever-evolving rift showcases the sheer power and beauty of our planet.
Furthermore, we explore the implications of this continental division for Africa's diverse ecosystems and its inhabitants. Discover how this event shapes the future of the region, from the changing landscapes to the potential formation of new oceans and water bodies.

Another couple of million years and they are on their way.
It looks like more ports and beach-front property. Too bad I won’t be around to enjoy it.
Dammit. Expensive Belgian beer, all over the monitor. ;-)
Crack is Whack!
To Halve and Halve Not?
When AI stops mispronouncing (or mis-syllable-izing) the odd word here and there (RE-lo-cate), we will be defenseless.
I hope the engineers are developing plans for the canal.
Crazy Glue. You can do some crazy things with it!
😂
Other than for resources, neither half will be worth spit
Imagine a not too distant future where, just like the Globull Hoaxters, archaeologists and anthropologists will have to drink the "bones, no difference" kool-aid in order to receive $$$. Mr. Yearwood is a great example of how some people describe PhD - "Piled Higher & Deeper."
I had a double major in college of Spanish and archaeology. I actually was blessed with the opportunity to participate in an excavation of a Mayan city in Central America. I quickly learned that unless you are the person in charge, you cannot pay the mortgage, or most other bills, while participating in archaeology. What's really fun is learning how ancient people figured out how to do things. Once we figure out what they did, it is even more fun to debunk the 'aliens must have taught them' or 'aliens actually built it.' When family and friends would watch those 'documentaries' I would let the idiot narrator talk for a while, and then tell whoever was watching the truth, just how the ancient people figured out, developed methods, no alien involvement. After I did this enough times, they finally stopped watching those shows.
Olduvai Gorge is a rift valley. Old (VERY OLD) news. But fresh reason to try and inspire panic among the ignorant products of the American educational system.
Don’t tell Biden. He will declare Africa a disaster area and authorize the immediate evacuation of its entire population to the U.S.
Post of the day.
It can’t happen fast enough.
That wuz pretty funny.
I hate listening to AI narrators. Someone paid for the cheap version with this video.
That’s a cheeky comment! /rimshot
What will the new continent be called? It will include Egypt, Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, etc. How about Pissantia?
