Women control their purchases of cosmetics based on need and economics.
I cannot see women buying Maybelline products saying to themselves, “I want to look just like Dylan Mulvaney!”............
Got a point there, but will it make up for what they'll lose from actual women?
Sometimes it seems like stories which sounds like they are from The Babylon Bee turn out to be real.
So here we see Maybelline cosmetics, which sells cosmetic products for women, using a man in an ad campaign , for their products which are aimed at women consumers.
Maybe this whole world is becoming a parody.
Time to look up Maybelline and all the products they are associated with. I don’t think I’ve used them in years, but I’m going to be looking for the tentacles. This Corporate Equity Index is killing a lot of companies.
I see them sometimes in the airport women's toilets. They are caked with makeup in some garish eye color wearing size 13 stilettos and dressed like a man would think is appropriate for a woman's night out. If you are going to appropriate a woman's appearance for air travel think jeans and a top with running shoes. No makeup that needs to be retouched. Kids in tow sometimes. The glamour girl getup is a dead giveawy.
