The family of a young wrestler who was sucker punched by his unsportsmanlike opponent has decided to press charges after the aspiring athlete suffered a nose injury.
The decision comes following the shocking moment when youth wrestler Hafid Alicea delivered a sucker punch to Cooper Corder after losing, sending his rival crashing to the mat.

Yes, the woman who punched the opposing basketball team’s player came to mind. Wonder if this is a Tik Tok strategy. Get it recorded and disseminated and you have your 15 seconds of fame. Like those people who brawl with the fast food worker over a mistake on their order. They want to be seen doing this.
No, I told you what they said. That was a plain fact.
The only person who “played themselves” was you when you attacked me for stating a true fact. What kind of clown is quick to attack the messenger?
Unfortunately, these people have a predisposition for violence. Not racist, just fact.
Should not be wrestling at your age then.
LOL!
Now you’re ducking and weaving ...
If this were a face-to-face conversation, would you be trying to sucker-punch me?
You’re funny. Like a clown.
I hope your day gets better.
Roid rage is largely a myth.
This is simply a feral being feral.
Yep, whatever is allowed will continue. Bank on it.
We had a similar incident happen at a high school wrestling match. Both had very good records. Our guy won. While taking ID strip off ankle, the other wrestler kicked him in the face. Our wrestler stood up looked him straight in face and put his hand out to shake his hand. Found out from people in stands that his mom had died a couple days before and he wanted to win for her. Sad story.
How is it that you can so often guess the race of the perp?
Lost the wrestling match. Won the street fighting match.
Which will serve him better in life, should he need to apply one or the other in self defense?
He should never be able to get on the mat ever again.
Be he will. With endorsements.
This.
I’ll just shoot you.
...the quiet part out loud
No they did no such thing.
They did not "attack" you...!!!
I actually punched my opponent in a J.O. wrestling match in my youth. As he was assuming the bottom position, he picked the nastiest booger and wiped it onto my leg. I was disqualified. I reacted before thinking.
post-game
post-bout
His team should have been disqualified from the match. They would sort it out later.
So, I’m wondering with your demented and probably drunken ravings, are you saying Patton and Lombardi did NOT say that?
Or do you just have a serious reading comprehension?
So, calling someone a “loser” isn’t attacking them?
Stop being an obtuse clown.
Stop being a moron.
