He was actually put into play a long time ago (oh yeah the day “Q” started posting) and was then designated before former (two time) Attorney General Bill Barr left so he’s been out there but Biden has never had political capital adequate to cut him ... So Durham ran a case through DC Circuit and another through Virginia (the “Rocket Docket” where lots of swamp things are tried) when this article was published last year ... But the other night the publisher, John Solomon, “updated” the article sending a number of people into tizzies since it didn’t seem they’d read the filing from that time back then and nobody can seem to say what in the article changed ... Catherine Herridge did something similar and both Solomon and Herridge are thought to be well read in ... The predicates are now all in place for Durham to proceed if that’s what he’s been waiting for, there is no privilege or other legal predicate left to go after the people who setup all these things ... It’s just like the FISAs, things can go both ways ... TBD + WWG1WGA! 🍿
