It looks like the “Day Journal” or “Watch Log” for the NYPD 17th Precinct on September 11, 2021. President Trump signed in (”autographed” it) right after one of the cameras was signed in as “Operational, unobstructed and logged in as 17 Desk”. (not sure about the last word, maybe “Pct?”)
