Heart failure is often identified only when the heart has already deteriorated. This is in large part because the cause is unknown for about 70% of people who experience heart failure.
Researchers have discovered that one of the earliest signs of heart failure is a change in how the heart produces energy, with findings offering a potential way to preempt heart failure before the heart begins to deteriorate.
Led by Dr. Paul Delgado-Olguín, the research may help explain the diversity of causes underlying heart failure.
"We were surprised to find that dysregulation of energy production was the earliest sign of heart failure," says Delgado-Olguín. "People associate deficiency in energy production with later stage heart failure, but our findings show this could actually be the cause of heart failure, not a result."
In a healthy heart, a protein called lysine demethylase 8 (Kdm8) helps to maintain a balanced energy use, also known as metabolism, by repressing TBX15, another protein that decreases energy production.
The research team analyzed a large dataset on gene expression in human hearts at a later stage of heart failure and found that KDM8 was less active. This allowed TBX15 to be more highly expressed, leading to changes in metabolism. Researchers also found that TBX15 was expressed at the highest levels in hearts where energy production genes were most strongly suppressed.
After identifying change in energy production as an early sign of heart failure, the research team drilled down further to explore how metabolic pathways could be modified to prevent the failure. In doing so they found that the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) pathway, which regulates energy metabolism, was less active. The team was then able to intervene and prevent heart failure in a mouse model by providing NAD+ injections and boosting energy production.

No side effects so far. But I take take so many supplements it would be difficult to determine which one was causing it if I had any.
LOL! #metoo. When someone walks into my house they think they are in a Vitamin store!
My house keeper said to me, Do you take all of these? I said yes, not all at one time.
I did see the nasal spray product.
Thanks. “Liposomal” really appeals to me, always easier to absorb.
Need to go to Natural Grocer tomorrow, they will have it on the shelf.
It’s been good. I want to try all three, Nasal Spray, Patches and Injections.
Dr. Malone explains very clearly in a Bongino podcast. The toxic jab (I refuse to call it a vaccine) damages the heart muscle, and scar tissue forms. This scar tissue does not conduct electricity at the same rate as the healthy tissue. Fibrillation can begin, and eventually a full blown heart attack.
I know so many healthy, energetic people who have had their overall condition damaged by the toxic injection. The average story of all these people is practically the same. They used to be able to walk and hike for miles at a very brisk rate. After the injection, barely half a mile before they are out of breath and have to stop.
Unfortunately, the democRATS that push this insanity have neither a conscience or a soul, so it is difficult to expect any consequences for them.
I believe you are talking to a completely different process.
This study speaks to cardio issues beyond any infection or vaccine. There is no scar tissue in the parts of the process, prior to an actual heart attack, in what this study speaks to.
If I stop my exercise program I will be dead of heart failure in 100 days. Actually I used to have chest pain after eating a steak in my mid-50’s. Then I discovered walking 30 miles every week without getting bored, playing 5 rounds of 18. Now nearing age 83, I do simple treadmill walk with wrist weights and pull weights on the weight machine (20-25 lbs total).
This is my video from last wednesday, 6 days ago.

Conclusion: exercise can help longevity in good health.
You should start slowly and work up to a mile. Your body will tell you when ready. Just listen to body signals.
Sorry about your mom. May she Rest In Peace.
I’m 86 and was in perfect health before the gym shut. Took only one prescription drug, Lisinopril, which is for heart rhythm. Plus about a dozen nutritional supplements daily. Some of them every morning for 50 years. I have a real immune system, my MD did not suggest vax.
So any kind of illness comes as a shock. #%^$)(^@&^$(%)@
Happy Valentine’s Day to you and yours. I got a cat kiss this morning followed by a snuggle, highly uncharacteristic of my b@tchy kitty. So life is good.

Thanks I might buy some. They say better than NMN. NMN is a big deal these days for anti-aging.
Steady snow here today. My Ring mailbox monitor alerted me to mail delivery at 4 PM. There was 4 inches of snow on the driveway and walkway. I walked down the driveway with the intent to reach the wheel marks of the mail truck in the snow before turning to the mailbox. The snow hid the curb. I stepped on it and down I went. All caught on the Ring camera. I got an early start on practicing my Scottish today. I'm 66, so still fairly resilient to falling on my butt in the snow.
Just wanted to say thanks, I learned something. Tru- Nigen said take 1 capsule a day. Had no idea regular dose was 500 to 1000. I went home took 2 nasal sprays 300 each and 2 NAD capsules. Wonderful! I felt normal and great!
