The first order of business is desensitization of the American public concerning gays and gay rights. To desensitize the public is to help it view homosexuality with indifference instead of with keen emotion...

You can forget about trying to persuade the masses that homosexuality is a good thing. But if only you can get them to think that it is just another thing, with a shrug of their shoulders, then your battle for legal and social rights is virtually won.... A large-scale media campaign will be required in order to change the image of gays in America. And any campaign to accomplish this turnaround should do six things....

[1] TALK ABOUT GAYS AND GAYNESS AS LOUDLY AND AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.... as long as Joe Six-pack feels little pressure to perform likewise, and as long as the behavior in question presents little threat to his physical and financial security, he soon gets used to it and life goes on.

Constant talk builds the impression that public opinion is at least divided on the subject,...so long as "respectable" gays are front and center to make their own pitch... the imagery of sex should be downplayed and gay rights should be reduced to an abstract social question as much as possible. First let the camel get his nose inside the tent--only later his....!

Where we talk is important. The visual media, film and television, are plainly the most powerful image-makers in Western civilization...

When conservative churches condemn gays, there are only two things we can do to confound the homophobia of true believers. First, we can use talk to muddy the moral waters. This means publicizing support for gays by more moderate churches, raising theological objections of our own about conservative interpretations of biblical teachings, and ...undermine the moral authority of homophobic churches by portraying them as antiquated backwaters, badly out of step with the times and with the latest findings of psychology.

[2] PORTRAY GAYS AS VICTIMS, NOT AS AGGRESSIVE CHALLENGERS.

In any campaign to win over the public, gays must be cast as victims in need of protection so that straights will be inclined by reflex to assume the role of protector....(It almost goes without saying that groups on the farthest margin of acceptability such as NAMBLA, [Ed note -- North American Man-Boy Love Association] must play no part at all in such a campaign: suspected child-molesters will never look like victims.).. [3] GIVE PROTECTORS A JUST CAUSE... It is especially important for the gay movement to hitch its cause to accepted standards of law and justice because its straight supporters must have at hand a cogent reply to the moral arguments of its enemies.

[4] MAKE GAYS LOOK GOOD. In order to make a Gay Victim sympathetic to straights you have to portray him as Everyman... Along the same lines, we shouldn't overlook the Celebrity Endorsement. The celebrities can be straight...or gay.

[5] MAKE THE VICTIMIZERS LOOK BAD... The public should be shown images of ranting homophobes whose secondary traits and beliefs disgust middle America... GETTING ON THE AIR, OR, YOU CAN'T GET THERE FROM HERE. Without access to TV, radio, and the mainstream press, there will be no campaign... we should also warm the mainstream up a bit with a subtle national campaign on highway billboards... PEOPLE HELPING INSTEAD OF HATING--THAT 'S WHAT AMERICA IS ALL ABOUT....Each sign will tap patriotic sentiment, ..build positive associations and get the public used to seeing such sponsorship.

VISUAL STAGE 1: YOU REALLY OUGHTTA BE IN PICTURES.. we must continue to encourage the appearance of favorable gay characters in films and TV shows... Well before the next elections for national office, we might lay careful plans to run symbolic gay candidates for every high political office in this country. .. If all went as planned, the somewhat desensitized public and the major networks themselves would be 'readied for the next step of our program.

This is only a 800 word excerpt of excerpts out this 4,995 word blueprint for turning the US into the United States of Sodom, and perhaps no such satanic immoral social strategy has been implemented so closely, fully and successfully, which is due to the spiritual decline of America, (which usually follows prosperity, which is a test must fail of after overcoming affliction and adversity.

Note that the "victim and savior" psychological tactic is powerful since it is rooted in the basic sense of justice that is part of man's basic innate moral sense (evidenced even by children's cry if "It's not fair") and expressly defined and expanded upon in the Bible, which teaches both endurance for the truly oppressed as well as deliverance and conditions for it, but also reveals how it can be manipulated.

It was the devil himself who first engaged in the psychological tactic of seducing a non-victim with the lie of being an unjust victim, with himself being a type of savior in revealing this supposed injustice and the justified response to rectify it, thereby presenting himself as a type of savior. Yet whose motive behind his mendacity was utterly selfish, that of obtaining power, while following his counsel was deadly.

For that is just what we see in Genesis 3, with Eve being essentially told that she was a victim of injustice due to the singular prohibition against eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, with the devil (who evidently sees himself as a victim due to God's not sharing the wealth, that of God's rejection of Lucifer's selfish self-willed unwarranted presumptuous insistence that he would sit in the seat of God [Isaiah 14:13,14] - the first "Occupy movement" - which would be worse than Kim Jung il) implying that God (who needs nothing: Acts 17:25) was selfishly keeping Eve back from what was rightfully hers.

And that rather than this consumption bringing death (spiritual, and eventual physical) than she would be as as God in having knowledge only He had.

And thus the insinuation was that as a victim of injustice, Eve was justified in her rebellion, yet which, via her head, Adam who was not deceived, going along with her, resulted in only negative effects.

The devil was the original Communist and western liberal, who both, as proxy servants of satan, seduce souls with the mindset that that are unjust victims - either magnifying actual unfairness and or fabricating the same - whereby these seducing servants present themselves as liberators - at the expense of others who are charged with being oppressors, essentially due to the crime of having overall obtained benefits by Biblically ordained means.

The eventual goal is to bring all into dependence upon them, and in subjection to them as dictators, with ideological (via assent to perverted policies) submission and obeisance to them being required to use benefits they alone can legally provide, thus exposing all who violate this submission as enemies of the USS.

Getting back to the LGBTQ movement, the tactic of using the legitimate reality of discrimination against people based upon such amoral aspects as skin color, and applying that to a class of persons whose identity based upon the attraction to and practice of a immoral behavior, that is deleterious to both individual and society, is itself confusion, as is confusing attraction and union with the opposite sex with those of the same.

And portraying advocates of homosexual relations as the oppressed is worse than if those who are inclined to practice endocannibalism (consensual consumption of the deceased) were marginalized.

Homosexual relations have been tragically primarily responsible for over 700,000 American deaths yet such is not even the decisive reason why homosexual relations are wrong. God made man and women distinctively different yet uniquely compatible and complementary, and only joined them together in marriage - as the Lord Jesus Himself specified (Mt. 19:4–6) - and Scripture only condemns homosexual relations wherever they are manifestly dealt with. Yet there is still room at the cross for all who will come to God in repentance and faith, and trust in the Divine Son of God sent by the Father, the risen Lord Jesus, to save them on His account, by His sinless shed blood, and thus be baptized and live for Him. If a consensual religious practice - lets say the Lord's supper - was shown to be responsible for 81% of new HIV cases aged 13 and older among men - - despite only representing approximately 4% of the male population - and 92% of new HIV among youth, and (historically) a greatly increased incidence of other infectious diseases and premature death, and despite decades of attempting to tame it into being "safe," then it would be treated as the plague.

The aforementioned book, After The Ball How America Will Conquer Its Fear & Hatred Of Gays In The 90s, is widely regarded as the handbook for the homosexual agenda, in which two homosexual Harvard-trained graduates, ^[60] Marshall Kirk (1957–2005), a researcher in neuropsychiatry, and Hunter Madsen (pen name Erastes Pill), who was schooled in social marketing, advocated avoiding portraying homosexuals as aggressive challengers, but as "victims" instead, while making all those who opposed them to be "evil persecutors". As a means of the latter, they used jamming, in which Christians, traditionalists, or anyone else who opposes the gay agenda are publicly smeared. Their strategy was based on the premise that, "In any campaign to win over the public, Gays must be portrayed as victims in need of protection so that straights will be inclined by reflex to adopt the role of protector. The purpose of victim imagery is to make straight people feel very uncomfortable."^[61][62] Leftists also label Christians who support biblical marriage as "anti-gay," equating them with non-western Muslims who support stoning homosexuals.^[63]

"Jamming" homo-hatred (disagreement with homosexual behaviors) was to be done by linking it to Nazi horror, advised Kirk and Madsen. Associate all who oppose homosexuality with images of Klansmen demanding that gays be slaughtered, hysterical backwoods preachers, menacing punks, and a tour of Nazi concentration camps where homosexuals were tortured and gassed. Thus, "propagandistic advertisement can depict homophobic and homohating bigots as crude loudmouths..."^[64] " It can show them being criticized, hated, shunned. It can depict gays experiencing horrific suffering as the direct result of homohatred-suffering of which even most bigots would be ashamed to be the cause. Although only approximately 7% of adult and adolescent males reported having had male-to-male sexual contact at some point in their lives, 82% of HIV infections among males in 2018 were attributed to male-to-male sexual contact. (CDC: Estimated HIV Incidence and Prevalence in the

 92% of HIV infections among men aged 13 to 24 was attributed to male-to-male sexual contact, and young gay and bisexual men accounted for 83% (6,385) of all new HIV diagnoses in people aged 13 to 24 in 2019, and 81% of diagnoses of HIV infection among all Adolescents and Young Adults.

Overall there were 36.801 new HIV diagnoses in the United States and Dependent Areas in 2019 among both men and women, with 23% being among heterosexuals:

Also according to the CDC (chart), in 2017  male to male sexual contact was the mode of transmission in 92% of new HIV cases among male youth aged 13 to 24, and  MSM  accounted for 81% of diagnoses among males  and 70%  of all new HIV diagnoses, and 2 out of every 3 diagnoses in the United States.  Which is despite only representing approximately 4% of the male population). 

And which practice (historically)  has resulted in a greatly increased incidence of other infectious diseases,   from Meningitis to Monkey pox and premature death.  Which diseases includes Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis A and B, HPV, Syphilis, HIV to Meningitis and body dysmorphia and eating disorders and recently Monkey pox. Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men have accounted for 83% of primary and secondary syphilis cases where sex of sex partner was known in the United States. Besides such diseases, even when their disease is well controlled, people with HIV can develop aging-related conditions such as cardiovascular disease, certain cancers, kidney and liver disease, osteoporosis, and cognitive impairment decades ahead of their HIV-negative counterparts, and their life expectancy is significantly reduced.) 

 

A 2021 study of comparison of dementia incidence and prevalence between individuals (90% male) after age 50 with and without HIV infection in primary care from 2000 to 2016 found that HIV was associated with an 80% increase in dementia diagnosis overall compared with HIV-negative people. In 2016 the rate of people living with HIV per 100,000 population was 368, with the death rate being 6. Male-to-male sexual contact made up  82.4% of HIV infections among males in 2017, while heterosexual contact made up 85.7% of HIV infections among females. The rate of Black males living with an HIV diagnosis is 5.6 times that of White males. The rate of Black females living with an HIV diagnosis is 17.6 times that of White females. The rate of Hispanic/Latino males living with an HIV diagnosis is 2.5 times that of White males. The rate of Hispanic/Latina females living with an HIV diagnosis is 4.2 times that of White females. The South has the highest number of people living with HIV, but if population size is taken into account, the Northeast has the highest rate of people living with HIV.

One of the diseases that is far more prevalent among MSM than other population groups is that of anal cancer, which is diagnosed in about 2 people out of every 100,000 people in the general population. In contrast, it is estimated that MSMs that are not infected with HIV are 20 times more likely to be diagnosed with anal cancer. HPV is present in approximately 65% of HIV negative MSMs and 95% of MSMs who are HIV positive. Anal cancer is caused by the same strains of HPV (Human Papillomavirus)  that cause cervical cancer in women. Also reported, "People living with HIV in Canada had eight times the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other non-AIDS-related dementia as their HIV-negative counterparts, and they were diagnosed 12.5 years earlier [which in part may be due to more medical attention], according to an analysis published in BMJ Open.  And a new study shows evidence that  "HIV-positive people are at an increased risk of age-related diseases such as some cancers, frailty, osteoporosis, kidney disease, and neurocognitive disease. In 2019, gay and bisexual men (men who have sexual relations with other men: (MSM) accounted for 69% (25,552) of the 36,801 new HIV diagnoses and 86% of diagnoses among males in the United States and 6 dependent areas (https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/statistics/overview/ataglance.html, accessed Mon, 09/20/21 (Fig. 6). 

 In 2019 in the United States and 6 dependent areas, diagnoses of HIV infection for adolescents and young adults attributed to MMSC (approximately 83%, including 3% MMSC and IDU) and those attributed to heterosexual contact (13%) accounted for approximately 97% of diagnoses in the United States.

In addition are CDC stats that also include many STDs, which mainly are a result of heterosexual fornication.

By 2008 a CDC study estimated that one in four (26 percent) young women between the ages of 14 and 19 in the United States -- or 3.2 million teenage girls -- was infected with at least one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases (human papillomavirus (HPV), chlamydia, herpes simplex virus, and trichomoniasis). In 2017 it was estimated that about 45 percent of U.S. men and women were infected with the cancer-causing human papillomavirus (HPV sexually transmitted disease - the most common sexually transmitted disease among men and women in the United States. The incidence of many STDs in gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM)—including primary and secondary (P&S) syphilis and antimicrobial-resistant gonorrhea—is greater than that reported in women and men who have sex with women only (MSW).

Since 2000, rates of P&S syphilis have increased among men, primarily attributable to increases in cases among MSM. Similar to past years, in 2018, MSM accounted for the majority (53.5%) of all reported cases of P&S syphilis and, of these, 41.6% were known to be living with diagnosed HIV. Although rates of P&S syphilis are lower among women, rates have increased substantially in recent years, increasing 30.4% during 2017–2018 and 172.7% during 2014–2018, suggesting a rapidly growing heterosexual epidemic.

In 2000 and 2001, the national rate of reported primary and secondary (P&S) syphilis cases was 2.1 cases per 100,000 population, the lowest rate since reporting began in 1941 (Figure 35, Table 1). 

However, the P&S syphilis rate has increased almost every year since 2001. This rise in the rate of reported P&S syphilis has been primarily attributable to increased cases among men and, specifically, among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM). MSM account for the majority of P&S syphilis cases and estimated rates are substantially higher among MSM compared with women or men who have sex with women only (MSW). 5 The number of cases among MSM has continued to increase, but within the last five years, cases among MSW and women have increased substantially as well. The increase in syphilis among women is of particular concern because it is associated with a striking and concurrent increase in congenital syphilis.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: STD Surveillance 2018 National Profile 27 West, and 7.2% in the Northeast (Table 29). Among women, the largest increases were observed in the West (41.2%), followed by the Northeast (40.0%), the South (30.8%) and the Midwest (30.8%) (Table 28). MSM continued to account for the majority of P&S syphilis cases in 2018 (Figures 39 and 41). 

Of 35,063 reported P&S syphilis cases in 2018, 18,760 (53.5%) were among MSM, including 16,905 (48.2%) cases among men who had sex with men only and 1,855 (5.3%) cases among men who had sex with both men and women (Figure 39)....

Among the 24,176 male cases with information on sex of sex partners, 77.6% occurred among MSM. A total of 36 states were able to classify at least 70.0% of reported P&S syphilis cases as MSM, MSW, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: STD Surveillance 2018 National Profile 27 West, and 7.2% in the Northeast (Table 29).
