I've been using Firefox for years and am now ready to switch. I'm looking for a browser that protects my identity, is reliable, and compatible with most websites. Any recommendations from our experts?

Brave is Chromium based, but has good privacy features. You may want to use VPN connections to enhance privacy.

Yes, Brave with a VPN is a solid option. I believe Proton may have a very secure system as well. Bon chance!

Yeah, firefox is increasingly unsupported by websites. When I can’t login or something I have been increasingly finding myyself able to do so using another browser.

The most secure one I have heard of is out of Switzerland and requires a monthly payment. I cannot remember what the name of the e-mail service, but that one encrypts everything and whoever was extolling it said they had not received any SPAM.
Good luck!

Compatibility suggests a Chromium-based browser (Google Chrome, Brave, Edge, etc.)
Privacy suggests Brave. The others are nowhere as good at privacy.

If you want real security get this and install it on a 128Gb stick. Or it can be installed to a larger external USB drive.
