Ok I have swelling legs - they are swollen about 7-12%.
I was on blood pressure medicine for years that made my legs swell and once I changed medications the swelling went away.
Could also be a blood clot, something I’ve had 8 times.
Definitely walk with your doctor.
” Now I’m getting dizzy because my head is rolling down a hill. What do you think I should do?”
Have you tried Yoga?
Sometimes you gotta be an unfeeling jerk to shock people into realizing their folly.
Posting on FR about a medical emergency is folly.
lmfao
Before seeing a Doctor or running off to some ER, if you are not having shortness of breath than you could try an ‘over the counter’ diuretic sometimes called a ‘water pill’ found in drug stores. They can help. I have never taken one myself but people say that they offer some benefit.
If you are SOB (short of breath) then medical help likely is in order.

Well... There are a lot of “experts” here...
lol
Motrin. It fixes everything.
🤢
Remember. If the women don’t find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
Definitely need to get a thorough checkup at the cardiologist...
Get ready for possibly having to use those PITA high elastic stockings...
OTOH, years ago I had the same problem with the penis...
Now, at 89, not so much anymore...
were you vaccinated? on medications?
Yes a bit discouraging.
I get the purpose.
But when people are suffering a medical emergency they don’t often think rationally. Are we not all FRiends here? We should act like it.
I haven’t seen this mentioned in other comments, but it could be blood clots.
Very serious, get to the ER.
You probably have congestive heart failure.
See a doctor and get an Rx for a loop diuretic and whatever else you need.
Don’t delay.
I agree with EEGator that lymphatic massage could help. You can do it in the bathtub in the shower with your legs raised. I had some edema on the inside of my right ankle that lymphatic massage resolved for me.

Get your legs amputated quickly before the swelling spreads to the rest of your body.
Yeah, stop pissing off vampires!
For you... an asian massage parlor... for anyone else... see your doc, stat.
