Could coffee offer protection from catching COVID-19-(not Babylon bee)

Could consuming a cup of coffee be an effective way to protect yourself against infection with coronavirus? What has not yet been proven in practice is at least very plausible according to biochemical research.

The team led by chemist Professor Nikolai Kuhnert, including Dorothea Schmidt and Nicholas Ohl of Jacobs University, was able to show experimentally—in the laboratory—that the chemical compound 5-caffeoylquinic acid (trivial name: chlorogenic acid), which is found in coffee, inhibits the interaction by a factor of 50 between the SARS CoV-2 spike protein of the coronavirus and the ACE-2 receptor, the docking site for the virus on the human cell.

Not listening to the CDC, FDA, Fauci, and the News offers excellent protection from Covid.

Anecdotally, I was a very heavy coffee drinker when I caught Covid. I continued with the coffee until the point where Covid made it taste like chemicals.

After two years, coffee tastes good again, but I have not reverted to my previous life-long coffee addiction. As a side note, my teeth are turning white again.

Coffee presumably provides more protection from COVID infection than the so-called vaccines.

Take your real 2 cups of real coffee and a baby aspirin in the morning and one at bedtime and lots of liquids, plus sunshine and vitamin D!

Didn’t work for me, and I have the antibodies to prove it.

This is their way of saying that, well, actually there are other preventatives, prophylactics and treatments than the lucrative experimental gene technology we foisted on you.

The socialists in office in the Western nations are apt to ban coffee now, like they did with ivermectin. Little do they realize the OPEN REVOLT that will bring!

For the average sheeple who are OK with the massive restrictions on their civil liberties, taking their coffee will result in violent revolution!

I have a cup of coffee every morning and sometimes one later in the day. I take all sorts of vitamins and supplements. I still got CoVid from my husband when he returned from a business trip with it. He drinks coffee every day, too.

We take a slew of vitamins and supplements every day. We did get better quickly, but we still had it nonetheless.

I drink one cup of coffee in the morning everyday(Helps with my constipation issues, yeah I know, TMI) only bad thing about the coffee is it doesn’t do my acid reflux problem any favors

Perhaps of general interest, this acid mentioned is supposedly one of five acid types in conventionally roasted coffee. This acid is the one that people like myself who have had a gastrectomy (stomach removal) for stomach cancer have to generally cease drinking coffee due to the intestines alone not being able to process the acid mentioned. There is ONE exception, I can have coffee (caffeine does not matter) IF it is air roasted! So if you want to follow this articles advice be sure your coffee is not air roasted to maximize this acid. (Most is not air roasted)

Coffee hasn’t tasted right since my cancer treatments and surgery but I have air roasted about one in ten days as a break from tea. I did end up with Covid this past spring even though I was a daily Quicetrin, Zinc and D user.

Ok, so if this is true, I’m not a coffee drinker. What kind, brand, flavor, roast, yada, yada, would you coffee drinkers recommend so I could start gently, very gently. A lifetime w/o coffee I doubt I can change that overnight.

“Do Not get the Covid 19 shots or Boostas!”

Avoiding the vaccines is one of those other things that I did. They don’t satisfy my risk/reward criteria.
