An 18-year-old in Texas allegedly forced his way into a hospital nursery and assaulted two newborn babies and several staff members.
Marcus Dewayne McCowan Jr. was taken into custody on Monday and charged with a slew of felonies, including two counts of attempted first-degree capital murder, jail records reviewed by Law&Crime show.

Therein lies the truth.
In our culture we teach our children from a very young age that life can be snuffed out for most any reason at all for the children in their mothers’ wombs, with no questions asked. They can kill them for their convenience, disability, desire by the mother or anyone who has that kind of influence over her, for the too costly, too disabled, birth control, etc.
We promote killing of the elderly who are of little perceived contribution to society, an inconvenience to caregivers or relatives or too costly to family or state.
The sanctity of human life is denied and dehumanizing practices have prevailed.
Nobody should be surprised we are reaping what we have sowed.
1.67 Billion children have been killed just since 1980. That’s more people killed by their own mothers than people killed in all of the world’s wars and health epidemics through all of our thousands of years of recorded history, combined. In just about the last 4 decades.
That’s a very conservative number, as many countries and states do not report the numbers.
We’ve killed that many people in abortions on demand, with no questions asked, in just the last 42 years.
