Congress made two startling claims. The first is that “cross-domain transmedium threats to the United States national security are expanding exponentially.” The second is that it wants to distinguish between UFOs that are human in origin and those that are not: “Temporary nonattributed objects, or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena,” the document states.
What does all this jargon mean, though? One key word in the congressional report is “transmedium,” a term the Pentagon has recently adopted for its UFO group that has emanated out to other agencies. This refers to technology that would be able to travel through different media, literally: space, air, and water are all media in this context. NASA’s moon-landing program launchers would technically count as transmedium because they blast through Earth’s atmosphere and then travel through space.
But that example itself shows why transmedium technology is so, well, alien. We’ve only barely scratched the surface of how best to travel through the atmosphere and then adjust and travel efficiently through space. Amphibious vehicles here on Earth usually go from motor propulsion on land to motor propulsion on the surface of the water—not from air travel to submarine. Even in Star Trek, flagships avoid having to leave orbit and enter planetary atmospheres.
The other interesting term is “cross-domain” or, for the Pentagon, “all-domain.” “Domain” is defense shorthand for battlefield or, in the 21st century, the “battle space.” During WWII, you would have seen analysis of domains in Europe like mountains or coastline, and those in Asia, like rainforest or dense city environments. Then there were domains in other mediums, including naval warfare (surface and submarine) and air warfare.

They can't know to a certainty that they aren't man-made unless if the don't know what they are.
And if they knew what they were, they wouldn't be "unidentified."
So many bible believers on here yet don’t think they are real.
I am jealous of skeptics/debunkers like you—because there is a wonderful world you have not visited yet:

(One tidbit: He claims that any member of Congress now can request access to a classified briefing that will persuade them with 100% certainty that some specific UFOs are not of human origin.)
Anything that is truly transmedium is most certainly not man made.
More government gobbledygook.
Do extraterrestrial UFOs exist or not? Simple question. Answer yes or no.
Anyway, any person who relies on government to tell him what is truth is a 50 IQ, brainwashed moron.
“Do extraterrestrial UFOs exist or not? Simple question. Answer yes or no.”
The answer is “no”.
They are not extraterrestrial (imho).
However, there are some that are not of human origin.
Possible explanations:
—Time Travelers
—Visitors from different dimensions
—Ancient races that live here but have high tech and can camouflage themselves
There are some other possibilities that are truly mind-blowing.
But—if you ask the wrong questions you get the wrong answers.
They have absolutely zero proof of that being true, or false for that matter. For they have not secured even one of these UFO's to scrutinize it.
Thus it is an empty statement devoid of any factual evidence to support their claim. They are in reality only asserting as a hypothesis with that statement.
They are “transmedium.”
Lia Thomas very pleased.
After what they got away with during covid, there’s no telling what they have planned for us under the guise of fake alien visits.
Deep state brought to you by Patriot Act. Thanks W.
Leave it to the government to make an interesting subject boring. They should have done this all along.

General Jesse Marcel would disagree.
Indeed.
The universe has multiple dimensions according to quantum theory.
We are along for the ride, but wherever we go, I hope the end point has chocolate malts.
And speaking of facts...you know this to be a fact how exactly?
Is the Pentagon keeping you in the loop re: their classified work?
In a world where no one knows anything, you seem to know an awful lot.;-)
As usual, they are not being honest, if they indeed have the proof. As it stands right now though, my statement is the truth. 🙂
I am more than willing to accept reality, once I am shown definitive proof. I refuse to accept their statement without it though. 🙂
See how that works? 🙂
BTW, if they have been able to scrutinize one of these UFOs, why aren't they over there taking out Putin? 🙂
See how that works? 🙂
Yep.
When I was a kid, had I known that 40 years later several Navy pilots and the Pentagon would've admitted that they've seen and are investigating objects of unknown origin capable of defying all the laws of physics and gravity, I'd have thought without a doubt this would've been the biggest news story in the world.
It's pretty much "The X Files" coming true.
And yet, shrug...
I could imagine going back in time to my Junior High science class in '82.
"Drew, what's the future like? Did they discover space aliens?"
"Yeah. They did. Nobody cared."
Some are just too scared to care.
You are making too many either/or black/white assumptions. Just because we have evidence (perhaps part of a craft) doesn’t mean we understand it.
Why inject such assumptions unless you are trying to remove objectivity?
