Moments after discovering an affair, Christie Lee Kennedy allegedly got into her BMW and ran over her husband and his lover at their Brisbane meeting place.
The mother-of-two then got out of her car, grabbed the mistress by the hair and punched her in the head while screaming at her, Queensland District Court was told.
Kennedy, 37, had been married to David Larkin for nine years and been with him for more than a decade when her 'world came crashing down' in March 2021.

Okay, I get it. Do not own a BMW if I intend to get a mistress.
I was in court once to get a restraining order against an employee. Most in the court were women getting restraining orders against husbands and boyfriends. I’d never seen so many attractive women in one place. I’d also never seen so many stark raving mad women in one place. Trust me, physical beauty has little to do with sanity.

Maybe the husband and mistress were caught in ‘a compromising position’, creating a single target.
Well, maybe the fact that she ran for the keys to her BMW instead of running to a divorce lawyer might be a clue...
What’s the BMW have to do with anything? And did she kill them with the BMW or were they sitting in the BMW when they were killed, that headline doesn’t say much, except perhaps the glorification of BMW in acts of murder, or BMWs failure to protect against a murder.
Maybe BMW should file a lawsuit.
