I was not aware Jaguar was in the e-car business.
Somehow the British must have overcome the technical hurdles and engineering challenges involved in developing an electric car capable of dripping oil in the driveway.

Hey hey hey. Things have changed. I have a 2010 Triumph Tiger. It’s never dripped a drop of oil.
Did blow a stator though. Crappy stock voltage regulator. Lol. Even when the Brits use Japanese electrics they still get gremlins.
Still... No oil drips.

I just went and checked the earlier article to this one. Both articles are about the same Jaguar fire in Florida. So it makes sense that the same pic was used in each.

We should no longer call them EVs. We should call them fireplaces. Of course I’ve been calling Jags that for years as I saw a few burned up around town. It seems that the fuel system was so intricate it was only supposed to be worked on by certified Jag mechanics. Any shade tree work could have ended up in a fuel leak and did with those I saw burned.
